The rooms are big and spacious. The location is nice and quiet and near some wonderful restaurants. The pool was to cool to get and the kitchen was lacking in supplies. Sliding glass doors could have been cleaner (in the corners), as well as kitchen.

Nice staff, big room, clean bathroom Just a little bit run down, needs some love and renovations. But may be just because we were around in the low season.

The lack of communication and there was never anyone at the reception when needed. The room was not safe as the patio door didn’t lock and there never was warm water for a shower

Big rooms, quiet, some rooms have nice views of large pool and garden Room was dirty. Sofa had stains. Would not use it, stove greasy, 2 sliding doors, had no working locks, tv did not work, two fans did not work. No maid service, no hand towels.

The garden They took a deposit which was not shown would happen earlier. They switched my apartment which I had personally seen three months prior. The new place was the filthiest place I've ever had to stay at in my life. They cleaned and only managed to barely clean the bedroom and bathroom.

Find somewhere else to stay

The room was large. The mattress was comfortable. The parking lot was well lit and locked at night. The grounds were well maintained and lovely. The fridge and toaster worked. For the most part, the room was clean. The TV didn't work and no one responded to 2 complaints. Per the staff, the tap water was not safe to drink. There was no hot water in room 16, just barely warm for showers. Bathroom lighting was dim. Towels were torn and frayed. Furniture was worn, shabby. The shower soap dish was loose, dangling. 2 sliding glass doors didn't lock. Drapes and vinyl blinds on both sliding doors were damaged and torn. The stove exhaust vent was filthy. Toilet paper was not restocked, I had to ask for more. Trash was never emptied in my guestroom. Pillows were old, flat and hard. One nightstand lamp didn't work.

We loved Lupita!!! She was so wonderful. Also the gentleman who works around the yard. Huge cockroaches, everyday even had 1 drop on my granddaughters while she was in her bed, smaller cockroaches in cupboards and crawling on the floor, no hot water for 2 days, ran out of gas for cooking, food left in frig, microwave dirty inside, bad smell when we opened door to our room, pools very dirty and need repairs.

It is on the side of town I like best. And next to a restaurant I like very much, D'Shanti. The hotel and rooms are clean, bedding and linens clean. When I arrived only one bedside table had a lamp, and it did not work. This was rectified. When I pulled the screen door open to the patio it fell off the rail, and would not go back into place - letting in mosquitos. The towels are clean, but threadbare and not large.
