Beach was excellent. Soft sand .not much of shells to keep jabbing ur feet. Food dinner . Good variety. Loved the water anywhere concept for free. Pool standard but was good to loiter round after Beach. Was uograded again. So hughe balcony. Tons of restaurants opposite but had taken a half board , so didnt have to go out. Nice to have a romantic walk at night down the villa lane. Not much to complain. Most things were great.

The breakfast variety was poor compared to other 5* hotels. Also the omelette was raw. The pool temperature was high and needs to be adjusted.

Room service staff We have booked our stay as we have a wedding at hotel , I came all way from Abu Dhabi and was tired. Expecting a wonderful stay unfortunately the receptionist a Filipino lady was not welcoming at all not even a smile ! she did not even bother to confirm breakfast timing or restaurant Location! not a single word about hotel facilities or the discount they were having we knew it by chance from one nice waiter ! The worst part was she saw us roaming around looking for the elevator to go to our room did not bother to guide us just she sat there watching us lost ! As we have a wedding we booked a hair stylist and make up artist they refuse to let them up and they refuse to call us to confirm they just inform the ladies to call us so I call them and confirm ! Imagine they refused to do a single service call to the room ! It’s happened to all of us as we booked more than one room being the bride family ! Next day my sister called to order coffee the lady just told her plz do call room service I was so pissed here I took the phone and told her dear room service is not picking up the phone and told her you may transfer the call it’s pressing a button business only ! She said ok ok and suddenly they answered ! We are doing checking out my sister asked for 100 dhs change to tip the luggage helper we roamed the bar the reception the restaurant no one helped ! By the way the breakfast restaurant was located outside And we had to ask to find it the receptionist did not even bother to give us all the required information Hotel is hospitality you need to consider your reception services as they are your front line Room service staff was great

The room, the bed, the customer service, the food, the fact that it had a nice pool and beach made this trip so worth it. Celebrated my daughter's birthday here and we had the best stay ever. Nothing, this was one of the best hotel stays ever.

BECAUSE OF RENOVATION EVERYTHING WAS FRESH & CLEAN, QUALITY OF FOOD WAS FRESH EXCEPT TOMATOS; HALF RIPPED, THE ONE ARE BEING USED FOR COOKING NOT FOR SALAD THE RESTAURANT WHERE LUNCH BEING SERVED WAS VERY NOISY , WITH LOW CILEING, NOT PROPER SITTING ARRANGEMENT FOR GROUP OF 6 OR MORE I MADE THE BOOKE FOR US AND ANOTHER 2 COUPLE, BY MISTAKE i BOOKED, fULL BOARD, INSTEAD OF ALL INCLUSIVE, FOR UPGRADE, THE PROPERTY DIDN'T AGREE TO UPGRADE, THEY WANTED US TO CANCELL AND MAKE A NEW BOOKING FOR EID RATE, THAT WAS NOT NICE ?
