The hotel experience overall was excellent and truly lived up to its five-star rating. The beach was outstanding—clean, well-maintained, and very enjoyable. The swimming pool was also impressive and added to the overall quality of the stay. One highlight worth mentioning is the breakfast service. Despite the crowd, the staff handled everything professionally and efficiently. In particular, one of the team members at the breakfast restaurant stood out for being exceptionally friendly and well-organized, which significantly enhanced the hospitality experience. The only minor drawback is that the hotel interior feels somewhat classic or slightly dated compared to modern standards. However, this did not negatively impact the overall comfort. Other aspects, including the sea conditions and general facilities, were good—though not extraordinary. On the positive side, the pricing was very reasonable considering the level of service and amenities provided. Overall, a very satisfying stay and good value for money. Nothing

There’s only one pool and we have been told kids not allowed in the pool and should be in a kiddie pool. My kids knows how to swim and not toddlers.

Staff they r so kind specially front desk Mrs Fatima from moracco Staff working outside of Wiley parking they have bad attitude. They’re not talk nicely If you give them ten dh they be good.

Breakfast start 7:00 , it better if start earlier 6:30 at least. I prefer carpet in the room

We recently had a 1 night stay at Dusit Ajman Resort & Villas, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived until check-out, every part of our experience exceeded our expectations. Our room had a breathtaking pool and sea view, which made waking up every morning extra special. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and offers the perfect atmosphere for families and friends looking to relax and have fun together. The highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming! Both the kids and adults had an absolute blast enjoying the pool and the beach. The private beach is clean and well-maintained, while the pool area is perfect for families to spend quality time together. What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm and outstanding service from the staff. A huge shoutout to Ms. Jayzel and Roshiel at the Front Office for making our check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made us feel so welcome. We would also like to commend the wonderful team at Cafe Naseem. They were incredibly approachable, attentive, and always ready to assist us—especially with our kids’ needs. It’s these little gestures that make a big difference and leave a lasting impression. Another thing we loved is that there’s so much to do within the hotel itself! We enjoyed playing two exciting games at the bowling area, and although we sadly didn’t have enough time to try the billiards, it gives us another reason to come back soon.
