The property in general was very clean and neat. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast needs improvement.

It was close by to restaurant and a plaza with a Target. It was also easy to check in and the staff were helpful with any questions we had This may have been because of the big event we went to that was happening in the city, but parking wasn’t the best. There weren’t that many spots compared to how big the hotel looked. I had to park in the lot of a different hotel nearby after returning from the event. The walk wasn’t terrible, but it was inconvenient.

Great beds. Nice breakfast. The look of the rooms were very "sterile". Did not feel inviting but the beds were good as well as the breakfast and we were only staying 1 night.

the staff are friendly and compassionate. the rooms are spacious , comfortable, and clean. the hotel has amazing facilities just nearby, from restaurants to target and shopping the pool water was too cold

Clean Parking was tight

No, the only thing is….its called the Holiday Inn and Suites (airport) and it was no where near the airport…. But it’s fine.

Clean and modern Nothing.

So clean and well maintained. Nothing.

They refused me and my husband at the door, because on they’re website it says pet friendly and we brought our cat, then refused us saying it’s dogs only friendly. We were driving for 8 hours and had to quickly find a bed to sleep in.

The room was clean and nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the pool was smaller than it appeared in the picture and kind of in a downstairs area, but my kids enjoyed it.

Debbie was very helpful an excellent customer service. She made us stay very pleasant. Thank you Debbie for a job well done.
