Everything was excellent. The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. The food is varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a British gentleman at the reception (I don’t recall his name) who was exceptionally cooperative and professional — we received our room within just 10 minutes. Housekeeping was outstanding; the cleanliness of the rooms was truly impressive. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended. The only thing I didn’t like was that there seemed to be some favoritism based on nationality, with more attention given to Russian guests.

In our experience, this all inclusive was the best we had last few years. The food drinks are superior facilities were fantastic the pools , water slides so many other countless events and things that are happening for kids practically every 30 minute there was something to do and in addition to lots of water sports that just available with the additional fees Room needed upgrading , gym opens 7-7 which makes it hard to use

The staff were so helpful and kept everything clean, my room was always clean before I returned and all the services were great. It was easy to find myself around and I had so much Fin I definitely recommend this hotel. The only thing I wish was if there were a bit more varied food at lunch as it was always similar things in the buffet.

A relatively good hotel, like many hotels in the area, but the help at the reception is not worth it. I asked for a room upgrade and they took advantage of the situation and asked for money for everything. It is better to make a reservation in advance without any additional requirements there.

Great overall for what they offer for families, beach walking distance, food always available, entertainment options during the day and evening. Very clean, helpful staff and lovely lobby. Was mostly disappointed in the food options after a couple of days it became repetitive. Food quality should be better it's very average, displays were beautifully presented but the actual taste could be better. Also could cater to asain/indian cuisines. The al la carte resutrants were ok. Also they should have a muslim shower installed in the bathrooms as the bidets weren't great with the pressure or too much pressure which made a mess.

We stayed for 8 nights,it was first time go Antalya. The hotel is amazing,great staff food was excellent with lots of choice,outside activities are good too.so overall will recommend this hotel if it's in your budget. 3 days before our departure my watch disappeared from the room,reported it to Manager (Mr Ali) beside making one phone call to housekeeping department nothing has been done.Very disappointed. The housekeeping staff are not through in cleaning,most days room will be cleaned around 4.00pm,and they would do it hardly 10min!!!..balcony never got cleaned at all. Very bad service.
