Entertainment, Mini club for kids, pools, service, cleanness, meals You have to wear registered wristband while you stay at the hotel, in case you lose it you have to pay 100 euros. Really hated it. If the hotel has issues with security it should be handled otherwise. It was not pleasant. It gets wet, dirty can get rid of it. Another thing is tip boxes, if customers pays for all inclusive, it should not be all around the place

Check in was easy and the amenities were good. Housekeeping was amazing! The nice lady would make designs on my daughter's bed. We spent a majority time on the beach and enjoyed the sunbeds! We paid extra for a few days in the cabana and always had excellent service. The main restaurant had an amazing variety of foods and we enjoyed trying as much as possible! We weren't too fond of the ala carte restaurant we went to. We tried out the sushi but it was not the greatest.

Everything! Good breakfast (would have been nice to have the kids buffet available here too :) so they can help temselves) Lot of choice for food, rooms are comfortable, pools are amazing, the slides too. Most pools are heated. Lot of activities, mini club for the kids, shows and live music in the evening. Noise stops at 11pm, but we did not mind as we were not sleeping before that time anyway :) Buffet is very big and it can take a lot of time to serve a big family with kids. The restaurant that we booked - food was very good but it takes quite long to be served (2 hours per dinner - very long with kids). All inclusive with bracelet - we were very careful because one of the kid 's bracelet fell but we did not lose it and asked the hotel staff to put it back properly on (it's 100 euros deposit if you lose the bracelet!). Mini Disco animation for the kids is too early, it's hard to finish dinner by 8 when you are at the pool until 6pm or later.

Amazing food and really friendly stuff. Highly recommend this place! They need to have lounge chairs in the kids pool area. Very limited seated in the Kidz area for adults.

Everything is spot on. Book any of the Delphins as they are a cut above the rest. Night shift manager tried to charge me more cash before I entered the property but day shift manager next morning stopped it.

Everything about the hotel met or exceeded our expectations. The food was varied and delicious, the staff and service were great and there was plenty of activities for my son to keep him busy. This is a very small point but the room whilst cleaned every day was not pristine.
