Great Facilities, Spacious Apartments. Lovely Big Pool, Quiet, Washing Machine is a bonus! Sinan & Kemal were very friendly and helpful.

First of all, Kemal was very helpful. I had messaged him and he quickly met us in the lobby to bring us to our room, which went very smoothly. After three days we were locked out of our apartment because the key cards stopped working, but again Kemal assisted us right away, so my compliments to him. The apartment looked exactly like the photos. The air conditioning worked perfectly. There is no daily cleaning included, though you can book this separately if you want. I didn’t find it necessary since the apartment has a vacuum cleaner, but I would recommend bringing your own disinfectant wipes in case you spill something. The sofa was comfortable and the TV had access to Netflix, YouTube, etc. The location is great – just about a 15-minute walk to the Lara bazaars and Lara Beach. The gym was decent, although some of the equipment really needs repair or replacement. The swimming pool was very spacious. However, only two of the outdoor slides worked occasionally, and unfortunately the yellow slide was never turned on. Also the toilets at the swimming are not working. If you are traveling by car, I strongly advise not to park in the garage if you want to avoid damage to your car’s paint. Something in the garage is leaking and it ruined the paint on my car. Even after washing, the stains were still visible and felt rough, almost like lime residue. It’s better to park in front of the building instead. We also experienced several days when there was no water at all, meaning we couldn’t use the shower or toilet. On top of that, the electricity went out multiple times during our stay. The rooms are also quite noisy – if you are a light sleeper, you will wake up easily from people passing by at night or from the neighbors above and next to you. At check-out, unfortunately, none of our messages were answered. When we checked out, we left the room key cards at the pool house café downstairs and informed the company.

Pool was good There was a small market inside so we didn’t need to go out for groceries First the AC in the living room was not working since we checked in and they promised to fix it next day but they never did.. The reception staff were not there most of the time at least for my case to talk to them about fixing AC..

It has large pools and waterslides for children, when we checked in the room was clean There was no one at the reception, and I wasn’t aware this is an apartment hotel, you have to buy groceries and cook for yourself, also room cleaning is done at a charge

It was clean When we arrived there were no one at reception the guy came after 10 min and the process of check in took so much time and while checking out also we waited like 20-25 min there were no one we left key on table and went so bad service

We booked two rooms, and both were impressively clean. Housekeeping collected the trash from outside our door daily, which was convenient. The location is very central, making it easy to access all major attractions. The building is new and well-equipped with full amenities. Parking was also available, which was a big plus. We had to wait a long time for someone to assist us with check-in. The slides and small pools were closed during our stay. One of the apartments had an air conditioner that wasn’t cooling properly, and we also experienced a water leak from the sink. elevators suddenly stopped working many time during our stay. The wifi signal is interrupted daily. Also, don’t be misled by the mention of a “free spa” — there’s actually a fee to use it. Lastly, the indoor pool was cold as there was no heating available.

nothing there is no service. couldn't even get a sachet of coffee or tea, though there was a coffee making kettle in the room. there was no response for innumerable phone calls

Nice size room. No staff anywhere for the whole 4 days so we couldn’t access the Wi-Fi or get clean towels.

The Appartement was spacious, kitchen is basically good from size, oven and fridge, the pool is great and you could find always a place at the pool. bathroom is good, Eqipment like washing machine, dishwasher was functional and good The place is not a hotel - if you need hotel services, then this place is not for you! There is no reception, no cleaning service in the room and no english speaking management. building is operated on low maintenance. It feels a bit like an abandoned place. GAs station and buys road is very ckose and you hera this all the time and music from other places around the whole evening. AC and elevator did not wokr for some time during our stay. WIfi in the room was very poor - not real connection - it only worked in pool area. Kitchen has no essentials like salt/pepper, oil - supermarket nearby. TV has only turkish channels. no hotel beach, public beach is dirty and way to it is over dirt ladn or longer way along the road.

The apartment was nicely furnished to a high standard. All appliances were in working order and clean Good on site Facilities with excellent swimming pools. Staff were very helpful and friendly, which all made for a nice holiday. Thank You We was there for 8 nights, no maid service, towels and bed linen not changed. Last day of our holiday faulty air conditioning which affected several apartments.
