Charm Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

I like the buildings… the dining area, the outside seating areas, the beach, there were always beach chairs available. The staff was always more than helpful when I had any questions or concerns. We always had hot water for showers. The balcony with seating was nice too. The room ac did a great job cooling down the room. The guest rooms are a little outdated but still they were comfortable.

Exceptional customer service, the staff at the front desk helped us with anything we needed. The property itself is very modern and clean with a restaurant, pool, and beach. Both have bar areas. Additionally, there are two a la carte restaurants, which I highly recommend, we went to the Ottoman restaurant, and the starters were fresh. We then chose to have the slow-cooked lamb dish, which was incredibly tasty! The beach has loads of space and has an amazing view as it is directly opposite the Greek island of Kos. Thanks to all the staff at Charm Beach Hotel for making our 1 year anniversary stay super special! We will definitely book again if we visit the Bodrum area in the future ?

The location and the pool area The hotel needs some TLC and cleanliness was not maintained. Food was very average and lack of variety. Local alcoholic drinks poor. Some staff not capable or friendly. Prayers from Mosque wake you up at 4:45 am every day. Staff in a la carte restaurant don’t speak English which makes it difficult to communicate.

The hotel is clean, modern and beautiful. The food and drinks are always very good and the beach bar is very convenient for meals out with restaurant times. The staff are polite and helpful.

I am really excited for my first visit to Turkey! The hotel, location, amenities and all the staff were excellent! Really a choice for a pleasant stay that was value for money. I will be back soon for my next vacation. There was nothing unpleasant during my stay there.

Atmosphere and great staff. Especially would love to thank Gonca for her beautiful advices. Hotel is very clean and staff just super friendly. Beach is comfortable, water so clear and chill music on the beach during daytime. Thanks for all ?

the omelettes were delicious. I loved the variety of cheeses. I missed the Turkish breakfast, I was very happy that there was so much variety in the breakfast. the staff are very respectful, friendly and helpful Nothing. Everthing was good. I need to relax, and I did. Very quiet and clean

We loved the beach and the location was ideal for relaxing by the sea! Most staff were friendly and spoke good English- in particular Faruk and Mehmet that made our holiday happy and relaxing. The Ottoman restaurant was very nice with helpful staff and tasty food. 1. Cleanliness- the rooms felt dusty and sticky, particularly the bed which didn’t have its sheets regularly changed & the bathroom that looked and felt filthy. 2. Food was mediocre- breakfast was exceptionally disappointing. The fish al a carte restaurant was poor, the food was pre-cooked before we arrived and was served to us from behind the bar. 3. Lack of drinks at the bar- this was likely due to mostly untrained bar staff and lack of stock.

Great staff with smiles on their faces at all times! Really enjoyed the beautiful beach every day. It's a perfect place to just relax and rest. Rooms are super clean and they have great views! Definitely recommend :)

Nothing Very bad experience Door was locked we couldnt enter Hotel couldn't open they jumped via the balcony

the room view the beach expensive hotel wifi not good the food is basic Our flight at 7pm we did the check out at 12 and ask to stay in the hotel up to 3 or 4PM, management ask us to pay extra or you can stay only in the lobby !!! can not swim !! so we did early check out and we went to Bodrum and enjoyed the remainig time before our flight.

Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. They have truly exceeded our expectations, I believe they are offering lot's more than they've wrote in the description. Perfect for a chill time away from everything. My wife and I fell in love with this place.
