At first, the hotel’s location is excellent—it is in the heart of Aqaba and close to everything you might need, including shopping areas, restaurants, and cafés. The staff were outstanding: professional, friendly, and always willing to help. I would especially like to mention Miss Angie at the front desk. She was amazing, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied with our rooms. Thank you to the entire Lacosta team for making our stay such a pleasant experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Central location in the city, close to almost everything. Cleaning service is poor. Poor breakfast experience, not recommended. The safe was not functioning. Smoke room smell and poor towels smell, we asked to replace the towels once arrived into the room, however, the receptionist got defensive and claimed towels were replaced earlier in the day.

The stuff were really nice, it was my wifes birthday they prepared her a nice birthday gift. The location is also great, close to everything

Good location within the city I won't recommend the breakfast. No pool for the kids in the property. The associated paid beach ~ 50 JOD per entrance not for less than 7 yrs old kids.

The stuff are friendly Cleanliness needs to be taken more seriously. In addition, the service was slow — I requested an iron and it took over 40 minutes to arrive
