Cleanliness , spacious , breakfast One of the cleaner who intrude in my room without my permission soon after i checked in , he said he was there to place towels whereas i was not in the room i was just lurking around to see the facility The 2nd thing is door of glasses are not sound proof, all the noises from street kept coming to my room as it happening inside the room Lastly, the door locks are not like other hotels which are 100% secure, the door locks i couldn’t rely much.

Staff and service, breakfast is also good, balcony was big. Pillow case and walls are not clean, didn’t like the bathroom as it was smelling bad seems that no proper ventilation, towels are not white and fresh, the hotel is using the same product as shampoo and body gel and hand soap.

Staff were super-friendly and accommodating. Very understanding of a mistake I'd made in the reservation.

The room was dirty. The trash in the bathroom hadn't been taken out, a dirty cup was left and the floors needed to be cleaned. Also, because the shower only had a small pane of glass, it was difficult to not get water all over the floor.

Privacy is violated, as the balcony overlooks the water tanks directly, and some workers enter the water tank area without prior permission and peer into the guest rooms in a suspicious manner. In addition, the room was not quite ready and a response from the hotel takes a long time to accommodate the guest request as several calls with receptionist and I’ve to pass-by the reseption to get a response!

The Drainage On The Bathroom Just Need To Do Maintenance Due Drainage Was slowly blocking the waterflow to the drainage.

Location At the end of the week, prices are raised, and the possibility of booking through Booking is cancelled.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

A great comfortable place to stay near the center that meets all standards and expectations. Highly Recommended. Big thanks to Mohammed Dawdiya at reception made our stay even better.

There was one thing that my team dont like on the hotel. Its about smoking. We were surprise that people can smoke free on the hotel. So i think they have to forbidd smoking.

Breakfast no seasoning fruits.

The rooms are not isolated from street noise, which is annoying between 18 and 00 o'clock. I wished the rooms were soundproof.

The staff were pleasant The room wasn’t cleaned properly when we checked in. The facilities were quite poor and it was extremely noisy at night.

Great location, nice rooms, amazing terrace view, generally good breakfast, nice staff - not too far from city beach and markets. Little bit on the pricey side considering there weren't that many tourists, but otherwise no issues.
