Everything was perfect … as expected

The staff went out of their way to make the stay comfortable and smooth. Special thanks to Abdelwahed, Marwa, Weam, and Abu Ali for their care and support throughout the visit. Everything met my expectations and the stay was smooth from start to finish.

That reception employee is not too friendly also the hotel don't have hvac system they have normal ac first day we use that it's the smell like dirty socks.

Amazing staff, they are very polite and friendly. Manager of the hotel mr.Hamza is the hospitality professional who’s always ready to help. He and his team made my stay in the hotel very comfortable.

Location Staff lied about the refund because we had to leave earlier than the reservation so we called later after we left aqaba and they said no refund will be issued and unfortunately we didn’t get our money back and they are clearly scammers

I prefer if there were bathrobes and slippers and more cups, and there was a problem with the parking. Thank you

Near the very authentic beach ????? Was just a PERFECT!

Property was clean and rooms were large. The location is convenient. It is in the area of the old market.

All the respect Everything is clean At the evening to see the aqaba festivals is wounderful. The food at the fish street and mansaf is soooo beautiful and delisius. The night festival jordanian traditional musics was so beautiful. At morning the breakfast was super and fantastic. The dive centers Aqua Pro Divers is unbelievble. Thanks a lot to all. Decent.. You get what you pay for. Not much other than some stains on the furniture.

The hotel has a good location. The room had no windows, which made it feel closed and uncomfortable. On top of that, cleanliness was a serious issue. There were hairs on the bed and the bedside table, and the bathroom was dirty. The shower drain was clogged, with water and hair floating, which made the stay very unpleasant. When I reported this to the receptionist, he just told me that I should lift the drain cover in the shower as if I was supposed to fix it myself. That was very disappointing. A guest should not be asked to do housekeeping or maintenance.

The staff are unfriendly, the rooms are so dirty, the smell is so bad, i could not sleep because of smoking smell despite none of us smoke, no restaurant expet for breakfast where staff are not hygienically take care how they touch things, no parkings where you have to park along away and walk about 200 meter i truly do not know how it is 3 stars rated,

Location, food I booked a one-night stay at the hotel. Upon arrival, the hotel staff claimed there was no room available despite my confirmed booking. After insisting, they offered a different room—not the type I reserved. To make matters worse, the room was a smoking room with no windows, which was unbearable and unsafe, especially for my young daughter under three years old. This ruined the start of our vacation and caused significant stress for my family. I do not recommend this hotel and expect Booking.com to ensure proper resolution.
