The breakfast was excellent and varied, and the peaceful atmosphere during breakfast was truly wonderful. The hotel was very clean and outstanding, and the staff were extremely helpful and cooperative Nothing

The staff at the reception was friendly. We booked 3 triple rooms. Each room should have 3 beds, but one room didn't. We asked for the extra bed 3 times but never got it. The remote control for Air condition wasn't working, asked for a replacement but still didn't work. It was freezing cold. Problem never solved so we gave up. We found small cockroach in one of our beds (see picture). Bathrooms were not clean (see pics). Breakfast was below average because of the of the poor quality cheeses and processed meat. Tea was good, but coffee was horrible.

the location is perfect: very close to all esssential services and the beach, yet the atmosphere remains quiet and relaxing, offering a true sense of comfort and escape. Honestly, my experience was outstanding and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting aqaba.

Rooms were clean and big, Swimming pool on the roof was good, staff was extremely friendly and also the whole atmosphere was very relaxed. I definitely recommend this place. nothing here, everything was really good

This was another wonderful stay at this exceptional property. As always, everything exceeded my expectations. The traditional breakfast was delicious, enhanced by traditional music and stunning views from the rooftop terrace. The hotel features a spacious pool that's perfect for families to enjoy together, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location in the heart of Aqaba is ideal for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Really close to the beach and dive center. Nice rooftop with a swimming pool. Nice restaurants walking distance 15 minutes. The lobby area smells like cigar, there were some people smoking on the elevators and on the corridors. The towels even clean had long hairs when I claimed they told me that its impossible from the laundry to take them out. The bathrooms are really small, like no two people can fit in it, when you take a shower everything gets wet, there is no place to hang the wet towel for more than two people, the room is also a little bit small, too noisy. The swimming pool was full of chemicals.

Hotel confirmed early check-in at 12noon however upon reaching room wasn’t ready at 2pm normal check in time. Suddenly after 2 PM they told me that your room is ready once I checked room. It was in bad condition and we need to call again to clean it up and change the dirty bedsheets & cushion cover and provide towels. After four reminders they give me remote control for the air condition that too with dead batteries and we have to struggle to to adjust the temperature inside the room. We found big spider roaming around the room ceiling and and dead insects inside the room. Hotel says parking is free however during evening & night parking was fully occupied and they are not helping to find the parking around hotel and we have to find by ourselves.

The pool is small, and the floor beside the pool is slipping ,I falled beside the pool and nearly broke my finger , the elevator is slow, the breakfast not reach at all

Really nice staff and great rooftop with a pool. The rooms are comfortable

The rooftop pool is very nice, especially at sunset. Very chilled athmosphere up there with nice music. We booked a room (111) with a double bed but got a room with two single beds pushed together. This was pretty uncomfortable as a couple as the beds and mattresses moved all the time. The bathroom was tiny, not enough hot water, the sink was leaking and the shower drain was blocked. We are both non smokers but from the air circulation we always got smell of smoke into our room. The view was pretty messy, we looked onto a pile of rubbish next to the hotel. Looks like they have done some recent renovations but apart from removing the rubbish everything was just thrown behind the hotel. Not so nice, we kept our curtains closed all the time. I forgot some items in my room (for sure my mistake) but as we stayed another 6 days in Jordan I agreed with the hotel that they will send them to Ammann. Never happened and they stopped communication.
