I like that its close to the beach and the beach view was amazing The rooms were very small we reserved a suite for 5 people it was very small with 1 bathroom only. The room included a sofa bed but in reality it a was a almost one chair recliner it was not comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was okay but not the best.

Professional and friendly services. Excellent front desk representatives. Nice hotel with the best location in the city. Walking distance to the historical places. Easy access to the ocean and its attractions. Good breakfast.

The facility is ok. Nothing really bad but nothing stands out. The location is good The hotel is a bit dated and needs some upgrade. The hallway has some smell.

Food is good, but almost same every day (5 days not variation). The windows are very small.

Several staff members were quite unfriendly. During weekends the main street and surroundings are excessively crowded and noisy + it is hard hard to find parking (there is no hotel parking and staff will not help you with any suggestions). Aqaba doesn't offer much to see unfortunately.

The staff's welcome was wonderful; they were very friendly and always smiling. The location is great, right across from the beach. The breakfast is good and delicious. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. I liked everyone. The hallways and room smelled terrible, and the room itself was rather dated, with very old furniture and a very poor view. Furthermore, there weren't many complimentary tools in the room, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, or Nescafé; only tea was provided.

The bed is queen size as my booking is double room, should be king size! The bathroom smelled bad and there was no ventilation at all and the whole room was not as clean as it should have been.

Breakfast was ok. Hotel can provide more variety of food. This is the second time I'm staying at this hotel. We choose because easy to access to the beach and surrounding.
