It was not cleaned properly. There was sand on the floor and toilets did not have towels. No parking either. Had to go around a lot to get parking in that busy area.

Location and apartment was fab Bed sheets on one bed had bugs the first night which can happen anyone i suppose.they changed all the beds straight away and paid to have our clothes washed too. There's no breakfast although it was advertised

Our accommodations were a fantastic layout with a living room for visiting, two private bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The location is convenient to good restaurants and fun shopping. Hotel owner provides excellent customer service. He even saved things that I forgot in the hotel for me to pick-up on my next visit! Parking on the street.

This hotel is fantastic! I have stayed here on three different occasions. Each time the owner and his staff are extremely courteous with perfect hospitality. It is central to shopping and restaurants. I have stayed in the Executive Suite each time because it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers in each bathroom, a living room with an L- shaped couch, three air conditioners, a refrigerator, and a water kettle. The JOar Beach Hotel is perfect for resting on your journey on to Petra, Wadi Rum, a stop before or after crossing the border, and to stay here for the restaurants and shopping in the evening and go to the South Beach for phenomenal snorkeling during the day. On my second stay, I left my favorite swimsuit and shirt hanging in the closet. The owner was so wonderful to save it for me and return it to me on my third visit which was two months later! I highly recommend this hotel! Please note: When you first check-in, enter from the Maain Street entrance. If you enter from King Hussein Street, you need to go up one level to get to the lobby. This can be confusing on your first visit, but it is convenient when you understand the layout of the building.

The hotel staff is friendly and professional. We got an upgraded room with a sea view, very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the city, evening walks along the coast and swimming.
