Dweik Hotel 1

My son and I choose Dweik whenever we're looking for a cozy place and affordable vacation. Value vs cost is very good, it's a straightforward sleeping space, nothing fancy, nothing special and nothing wrong. The location is literally walking distance from everything you might need in Aqaba. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Excellent location to city centre and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room with tv and fridge. Entrance tucked down a back alley.

Location... Hospitality Nothing

Location is very good, also the WIFI works and the air conditioner was bonus in the room. The room was very dirty and unclean. I booked nonsmoker room but when we arrived I saw in the room ashtrays. In the evening when I moved the bedside table closer to bed there was on the floor stack of a cigarett. The underbed situation is horrific. I also found in the closet used towel(s). The bathroom shower mixer does not work well. The toilet seat is broken and also the sink is cracked. The room is old and needs ASAP general overhaul and furniture replacement.

Nice people! Very good location, could see sea from my window. Old, dirty, very bad shower and only cold water. Internet is on and off. No towel, no toilet paper. Unpleasant smell in the room. Could get a better hotel for the price.

Very friendly staff. Excellent location with restaurant, shops, coffee shops, next to the hotel, yet it's quiet because it is side street. My room had nice view of Red sea and Aqaba Gulf. Good air conditioning, good wifi, freshly refurbished, and very decent price and good value for money

Very clean, personal is very friendly, good location, quiet. Mattress is good. Good value for money. No good view from the window, but it wasn't a problem, because i used a place just to overnight.

price problem with wi fi bathroom very small towels not clean, not sanitized and smell bad no designated parking for the hotel, hard to find a spot to park my car in the area. the pictures in the hotel advertised were for another location. rating of the hotel didn’t reflect the hotel’s overall quality.

Central, prime location. Very clean. tidy, well equipped. The check in process was simple. You pay upfront in cash or card. The rooms are large with extra blankets provided. Towels available with lovely sachets of coconut shampoo and blocks of hand soap. The roof top rooms are brilliant as you can access the whole rooftop of the building to yourself. The atmosphere is relaxing. Convenience store next door - has everything you need. Restaurant’s on opposite side of the the road. The beach and sea is 10 minutes away. I was given a single room upgrade to a triple room on the roof. I booked a room on Dweik hotel 1 online. on arrival the hotel was full. I was walked over to Dweik hotel 2 nearby- and provided with a rooftop room due to their error - without a change to my room price. Unable to access WiFi on top floor in your room. WiFi can be accessed if you stand at your room doorway or on the rest of the rooftop. No water available in the rooms/fridge. No towel was in my room. (but was given a towel when I asked for one at reception).

No elevator, not clean, no telephone inside the room, tv was not working and no wardrobe.
