The cleanliness was not up to the expected standard, and the swimming pool was significantly smaller than it appeared in the photos. The rooms did not have balconies, and the marina view was very disappointing as it overlooked a garbage area. Since the rooms did not have balconies, we requested rooms next to each other so that we could spend time with our friends in the evenings, but unfortunately, our request was refused. Overall, I did not feel like I was on vacation. The experience was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations. I would appreciate it if you could review our complaint and look into this matter with the hotel.

An awesome experience from the slick check in to the lovely rooms, superb breakfast and fab pool area. The key to our stay were the universally friendly staff throughout the property. We will return for sure! There was nothing to dislike.

Central location for downtown walking I did not like the check in staff put me in my junior suite with no bathtub and the sliding glass doors were broke only when I complained about my room did they put me in the room I actually paid. The chairs were dirty the rooms were sub standard clean for the price i paid its not worth and there was a guy in the check in area shoes off cleaning his toes.
