My stay at Oryx Hotel was truly outstanding. The hotel was elegant, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The service was exceptional, and every detail was handled with genuine care and professionalism. A special thank-you to Ahmad Hadad, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. His kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made a real difference. He is a wonderful representative of the hotel and deserves special recognition. I highly recommend Oryx Hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality and a first-class experience. I would gladly stay here again!

The location of the hotel was great and close to the beach and to the downtown There was stains on the bathtub and towels weren’t clean I had to ask another ones so changed them. The door lock was broken.

The staff were exceptional and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary suite upgrade, and the free shuttle service made it easy to explore Aqaba. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly, making it one of our most enjoyable vacations. The only disappointment was that there was no lunch buffet. We discovered the dinner buffet later in our stay and enjoyed it, but having a lunch buffet would have been much more convenient and would have made the experience even better.

Absolutely amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of options. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. Every detail made the experience feel luxurious and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere.

The facilities are comfortable, clean and tidy, and the staff are all great and made us feel very welcome.

Welcoming Rooms with balconies lots of dust on the floor . Cleaning must be more deep and more often. Pillows not ironed.

Perfect Nothing

It was an amazing experience and a lovely stay, my family and I enjoyed it so much, the staff, the location, the food and the security were all so great and so welcoming and friendly with us, i really really recommend it to everyone, it’s been a while since we have had a good visit in a hotel with no issues, they have even gave us a bed for our toddler that we didn’t even thought about it, and thanks to the clean service they were so kind shaher, yousef, jamal, marwan and the girl who I didn’t catch her name. So recommend!

Rooms are very clean , front desk staff and house keeping staff are very helpful and friendly. Jamal and Ahmad from housekeeping made sure the room was always neat and clean. Mr. Ahmad Hadad from front desk was very helpful in answering questions and addressing my concerns. The air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, maintenance was called up to the room twice, but after both times the A/C would malfunction again, I should have changed rooms instead.

The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would like to especially thank the room service team, particularly Jamal and Marwan, for their great effort and kind attitude.

Since the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Ahmad Haddad, who kindly took care of our bags and car and walked us to the front desk. At reception, I was greeted with an exceptional welcome by Marah, Salma, and Mohammad Sameeh, whose professionalism and kindness made the check-in experience seamless. A special mention also goes to Murad, who is always available with the best recommendations for food and beverages, making every stay even more enjoyable. What truly makes me love this hotel is the way the staff treats every guest with genuine care, respect, and warmth that make you feel right at home. I truly enjoy my stays at Oryx Hotel, and I will make sure to choose Oryx again for every visit.

Kind, friendly and Supportive staff. The room was always clean and organized. I would like to specially thank (Mr Marwan) who kept our room always clean, organized, and nice looking, and who provided us with everything we needed as we requested before we arrived at the hotel. Desert in the breakfast wasn’t fresh

The theme is well-maintained and provides a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and professional, delivering a high level of service throughout the stay. The buffet presentation requires improvement regarding food identification and ingredient transparency; clear labeling is necessary for guest convenience. Furthermore, while the food quality was acceptable, the variety was quite limited and could benefit from a more diverse selection.
