Location First room took almost one hour to check in. We came at 3 pm and they said not ready yet. It took till 4 pm and the second room took even longer. Would not come back again Kids where tired and it was a mess

Gym: the gym is pretty good, equipped with enough cardio and weight machines. Easy to maintain training during a holiday trip. Room: out room was large and comfortable. The bed was large and the mattress was firm. It was very quiet too.

Great hotel with all the amenities and services you would expect from a five star hotel. Great beach access as well as nightly entertainment options. The spa, sauna and steam room are great. Good location close to most services restaurants and shops in town within walking distance. it’s starting to show its age and in need of a renovation, very clear signs of wear tear.

Friendly staff and great location. The flushing the toilet is very weak and it doesn’t flush away waste. They came to fix it and it persisted. The bathtub is very high and very slippery from inside , you can easily trip and fall . One shower head no hose .

We enjoyed everything in our stay. Staff are really the stars here. They are genuinely nice and are always ready to assist. The hotel is undergoing a major renovation. It's not a bad thing but that means many of the rooms with a sea view are not available. To me it looked that the hotel was not in full gear. Some pool sections were closed and not all facilities are working. That also might be due to renovation. Regardless, it's still is a pleasure to be there.

The location is perfect, with direct access to a private beach along the beautiful Red Sea. The view from my room was stunning, especially at sunrise. The hotel grounds are immaculate, with several pools, a great gym, and a relaxing spa—all well-maintained and easy to access. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and modern amenities. Housekeeping was consistent and thoughtful throughout my stay. One of the biggest highlights was the level of personal service I received. I’d like to extend special thanks to Naser, the client manager, who went above and beyond to assist me. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made a huge difference and added a personal touch that truly stood out. Breakfast was excellent each morning, with a wide selection of fresh and flavorful options, both local and international. The hotel’s restaurants also offered high-quality meals in a relaxed and elegant setting. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, InterContinental Aqaba delivers a luxury experience with heart. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jordan.
