La Riva Hotel

The location was awesome, and the staff more so. They could not have been friendlier, and that made all the difference! A slightly larger room OR slightly smaller bed :):):)

The management and the manager of this hotel it’s not acceptable. All his information is wrong on the website. He always asking people to pay more money and he said he didn’t have online service for anything you wanna buy.

Very near the ocean and good restaurants Its not clean! Sheets were not ironed, bed was jot well made, cleaning was done fast, very dusty, sticky floors, the staff tried their best after complaining of cleaning but still didn’t clean the floors, i guess also the language barrier was making my request not understood.

The staff were great and helped me out with my under inflated front tires. They were very nice about everything. The breakfast was middle eastern and large. The balcony in room 405 is huge ! The TV only carried middle eastern channels, and it took a long time to find BBC English.The room was tiny but the huge balcony made up for it. The beach area across the street does not cater to tourists, so forget about getting a cold beer while watching the boats and the water, and they only take cash.

Location was next to beach. No parking and traffic police issuing parking fines.

Room is fine, spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Personnel are nice, friendly people. Location is great! It was noisy at night from the corridors.

The view, stuff, breakfast

Location was good, easy walk to beach and town. Great breakfast served on rooftop. Free parking right at the hotel. Rooftop nice to sit at sunset and evening. Good hot water in shower. Very strong perfume in room and halls, we left our window open to air it out. Not the hotels fault, it was Ramadan and nothing open during the day and we struggled to find a decent choice to eat even after dark.

The location was excellent as it was near town shops and restaurants also close to the sea. The shower was the best as it was hot and powerful and a very clean bathroom. The room has a fridge with free water , there is tea and coffee with a kettle. The breakfast was fine with a tray of a selection of local food. The room maybe cramped for 2 people.

We really enjoyed our night in this hotel. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was really nice and we could have an early check in as we arrived in the morning. They have a rooftop terrace where you can sit and enjoy the sun and the view. The communication was great, they use WhatsApp to stay in von with you and be sure that you have everything you need during your stay. The room was small but it didn't bother us! You can't open the windows completely.

We arrived 2 h before check in time. We went to ask if it was possible to check in and the receptionist not only said yes but also went to the housekeeping guy and helped him to clean our room faster. ?? the room was clean, great water pressure, comfortable beds, AC. It is possible to pay by card. Highly recommended! Nothing.

Really liked the property. The only reason I am giving them less than 10 rating is because their adapter was different than everywhere else in Jordan and they only provided one for the three of us - so we could not fully charge our phones. Lack of adapters for each person on the reservation.
