The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early with no problems. The receptionist was also helpful in recommending places to dine in and activities to do. The room was clean and it matches the pictures. Everything needed was provided free of charge: 3 in 1 coffee, water, tea, shampoos, and more water! Check-in and check-out went smoothly, check-in took 4 minutes, and check-out took less than a minute. We arrived 3 hours before the check-in time, and we were able to leave our luggage at the lobby to explore the city comfortably. The hotel is downtown, everything is nearby: public beach (dress code required), restaurants, bars, stores, pharmacies, churches and mosques. Whilst the hotel staff was extremely helpful, I was asked to rate the apartment a 10/10 twice, and the review was mentioned four times within my one night stay. The location's close to everything, which is good but we were bombarded with agencies trying to get us to sign up for one of their activities, I was not a fan of this but we were able to get out of it. Begging is common there too, but you will not be harassed in case you don't give, and you can simply mention you're not carrying cash, though they might ask for a cigarette. This isn't something the hotel can control, but something you as a visitor should keep in mind. The TV was not smart, there's YouTube but it's stuck on browser view which rendered it useless; we ended up playing things on the laptop instead. "Smoking rooms" are not smoking rooms per se, but rather the balcony. Smoking under Aqaba's sun was not on my bingo card, but to new experiences. I was specifically looking for soundproof rooms, the room wasn't soundproof and we were not able to get any sleep. Our new neighbors and their 2 kids were very audible. Additionally, our rooms were interconnected with 2 back-to-back doors where each room can unlock one door. The kids kept playing with their door which was extremely annoying and unpleasant. I later started investigating the listing and it seems that the hotel is abusing Booking's facilities selection, most of the facilities listed are not applicable. The following is inaccurate: - No bathtub or bathrobe in the toilet - No alarm clock in the bedroom, and no fold-up bed. - No coffee machine in the kitchen, there's a kittle though - No golf course within 2 miles - No sofa or desk in the living area - No designated smoking area - Hotel is not on the beachfront Most of these are not deal breakers to me personally, except the smoking area and the soundproofing. However, I hope no one plans their trip depending on the facilities listed!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the room was well-maintained with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Nothing significant. Everything met my expectations and the stay was enjoyable.

The location was as very nice and the staff was helpful, polite and excellent. I didn’t have breakfast, but it looked very nice and tasty. The restaurant area was very clean and well taken care of with a nice partial sea view. Some notes about the housekeeping, but it was well handled by the management

My wife and I stayed at Laverda Hotel for 4 nights, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Sam, who provided excellent customer service, helped with our bags, and made us feel truly welcome. Location & Views The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Aqaba, with restaurants and attractions nearby. Our room had a balcony overlooking the Red Sea, and the view was breathtaking. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and featured one of the best showers we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The bed and pillows were equally comfortable, ensuring restful nights. Breakfast & Dining Breakfast was outstanding, with made-to-order omelets, fresh fruits, juices, meats, cheeses, beans, and warm pita bread. The rooftop restaurant offered panoramic views of Aqaba and the Red Sea, and the servers were friendly and attentive, making each meal memorable. Ambiance & Decor The lobby was beautifully decorated and sparkling clean, extending into outdoor seating surrounded by flowers and greenery. Cushioned chairs and couches created a boutique, welcoming atmosphere. At night, the hotel’s exterior lights were beautifully arranged, giving the entire property a regal feel. Service & Hospitality The cleaning crew was exceptional, always providing fresh towels and toiletries. They even served tea outside in elegant gold cups and plates, adding a luxurious touch. On checkout, we met the owner, who was kind and professional—another reflection of the hotel’s high standards. Final Thoughts Every detail was perfect, from the décor to the hospitality. We highly recommend Laverda Hotel to anyone visiting Aqaba. When we return, there is no question—we will stay here again. Nothing
