very old, air conditioning didn't work properly, electricity constantly stop working, flush in toilet didn't work properly,

Everything was perfect.

All things was wonderfull.

It was a very beautiful sweet boutique hotel. I loved the way it was decorated : Mediterranean plants, an amazing hamac above the pool, glass floors, ottoman style bed. Very clean. Breakfast was rich. Great location close to Alaçatı carsi. And most importantly very friendly staff and owners. We loved our stay there:) There is nothing I didn't like.

The location is good, close to most places of interest around the area. The hotel offered good WiFi and A/C. The hosts were nice and welcoming although they didn’t speak English so it was difficult to communicate As we traveled with our baby, it would have been nice that they could offer the breakfast earlier. Also, we wanted to use the pool with our baby but they didn’t allowed us until 11:00am for no apparent reason. They need to do a basic maintenance on the rooms. Things such as the door handle of our room and the shower of our parents room was broken down. From the room you could listen to most noises coming from the corridor and main floor even at late night. We woke up several times because of this. Most people from neighboring hotels were confused in where to get the breakfast as there were no evident division in the garden to define the limit area of each hotel. I guess the three hotels share the pool.

The location was excellent, in the centre of the old town. Breakfast was nice and beds comfortable. the toilet was not cleaned before we arrived. In the trash bin was toilet paper from previous guest as well as the urine in the toilet. Shower gel was half used. Staff, although really nice and friendly, didn't speak a word of english.

Ms. Golshan Khanum is the good manager of this hotel who helps you many times Even to buy tickets?? Excellent accessibility and location, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms are excellent, the breakfast is excellent, and in general, it is a very good and convenient hotel with a great price. There was a lady from Romania who stayed there for five nights and booked an extra night every day?? I recommend this hotel to you ?

The property was nice. The room is beautiful, clean and has a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea. Breakfast was nice and the beach of the hotel is amazing. You need to get a taxi every time you want to go to Yalikavak. But it’s not that expensive. Also at night, it is a bit dark to get to the room, I was using my phone torch to be able to see the steps.

The best economy hotel,Very comfortable room, very clean, with disposable sleepers,vintage elegant furniture and large bed,with personal ref where we store the mulberry fruits that we pick while we are walking around, fruits trees are everywhere, very clean toilet only in all part of europe theres no bidet spray,no elevator as we get used in middle east.but they have swimming pool you can see at the veranda, breakfast is great if you choose this option.the staff who is alone, the sister of the owner doing all the work, breakfast preparation and serving the guest as well as cleaning all the rooms .so we did not mesh up atleast we can help her, 3 to 5 minutes walk at the center.free wifi and tea. Over all 10 stars.

The review I am writing is in fact about the hotel Grand Alaçatı since I had to change my reservation. I couldn't stay in Eldoris because it was too noisy for me and I asked for cancellation. I really needed a quiet vacation. There weren't enough space to relax by the pool and the hotel was very crowded with families with babies and small children at the time, so I decided I need to change. The owner's husband runs the Grand hotel and suggested he would rent me one of their rooms if I like it better. They gave me a big, spacious and very comfortable room, helped me with transporting my luggage to and from the hotel on arrival and departure. The friendly and helpful hotel staff, the comfort, the hygiene, the breakfast, always smiling and helpful owner Kasım bey, it was all amazing! I indeed enjoyed my stay there and had the opportunity to have both relaxing and exciting vacation in Alacati. Everything was amazing! The owners very kind, always ready to help if you need! The room clean, the pool small but very nice, the breakfast not my kind of.. but you can find there something to eat before to leave. 2 minutes of the Alaçati center! The parking free and also to 2-3 minutes from property!
