The hotel buildings and gardens are old and beautiful. Our room was clean and lovely. The staff were friendly and pleased to help us with any information we required. The peaceful location is very good, situated on the edge of the old town center which is an amazing place for chilling out with it's enormouse offer of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Very poor internet in the room and around the pool / gardens. I would like to see at least one English TV/ News channel amongst their vast channel selection. I expected bottles of drinking water to be in the room every day but I was told they provide it just occasionally?

The hotel is beautifully decorated - it was a pleasure to walk around and spend time here. Hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful with anything. The location is fantastic, within 5min walk to the town, and 2min walk to a nice playground. Mid October the evenings start becoming cooler, so we would have liked to sit in an indoor area. The hotel actually started building such an area as we were leaving. We were a family with two young kids, and one morning we were told to keep our kids away from one of the pool areas, not to disturb the guests in the neighboring house. This is not an easy ask, as breakfast is served in the open area next to the pools. I suggest the hotel to either build a door between the breakfast area and the pools, or not to tell parents to keep their kids away from these areas :)

The very kind personnel, lovely food and good location. Its just a 5 min walk from the citycenter. Furthermore, all of the food is made from fresh and organic ingredients. Just loved our stay at this place. Nothing
