Amazing cute small hotel with beautiful simple design? We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything we needed was available at the hotel. There was a decent AC, amazing water pressure in the shower, spotless towels and bedsheets. This is a family run business, and the staff are amazing people! Lady at reception, Gizem, is so so cheerful kind, helpful, and also very beautiful!!? She helped us a lot with the taxi, so big big thanks to her for her kindness ? Thanks to her we were able to visit Delikli Koy? Also, the family has a cute dog named Archie? Thank you to Kiraz Hotel for the amazing vacation ❤️❤️ We will definitely stay here again if we are in Alacati✨ The breakfast was tasty, however it’s the same breakfast everyday. We stayed for 3 days, so it was ok for us to have the same breakfast 3 days in a row, but if you stay longer you might get tired of it

Clean, the staff was good. It was a little bit far from the center of the town.

This is a very cozy, small family-run boutique hotel. The owners are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful — they assisted us not only with parking but also with many useful tips during our stay. The breakfast is simply amazing: beautifully served in the morning with delicious tea and a variety of other treats. The hotel also offers laundry service, and they even iron the clothes and bring everything straight to your room — very convenient! A huge thank you to the whole team. We will definitely come back to stay with you again. Highly recommended for couples and families looking for a warm and relaxing experience. The room has very bright lighting. I would recommend the hotel owners to add a couple of bedside lamps with softer light, so that guests can use them instead of the main lights, as the overhead lighting in the room is too bright.

Everything was great

Staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was beautiful. Only a blanket was provided as a bed sheet and it was very stiff and harsh.

The host is really nice and kind and the accomodation was nothing short of fantastic. The breakfast area was one of the nicest place where you can have a morning coffee. We did not have the breakfast included and even so we received tea and coffee each morning free of charge. The accomodation is in a quite area, 20 min away from Ilica beach and really close to supermarkets and bus station. I would definetely recommand this place!

It's a 15 minute walk to the beach, but we knew that and it wasn't a problem for us.

Breakfast was great. The staffs were friendly and helpful. I liked the peaceful atmosphere filled with green. The area was pretty quiet. There weren’t enough electric sockets in good areas.

The host was very careful not to disturb us with cleaning. She would wait for us to leave and only then she would clean the room. Even if it was outside the normal cleaning hours. Everyday the room was like new.

The towels were extremely worn, and there was no Wi-Fi during our stay, which was frustrating. We also arrived to find no complimentary water in the room. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable, but that wasn’t enough to make up for the overall experience. I cannot recommend this hotel without significant improvements.

Good value for money and clean Weak wifi, no one speaks English and not the best customer service

The room has a small fridge, which was very helpful. Location is okay if you have a car. The hotel owners were consistently unfriendly and showed little to no hospitality throughout our stay. The breakfast portions were extremely small, barely enough for one person, despite there being three of us. Additionally, the staff was nowhere to be found when we needed something extra for breakfast. The rooms were in poor condition, with the showerhead repeatedly falling on us while showering. The towels and bedding were of very low quality, frayed at the edges due to excessive wear and tear.

My partner and I had a bad stomach bug and could barely leave our rooms for a few days. The hosts were very kind even going as far to make a peppermint tea when they heard we were ill.

The staff was friendly, the location is ok-ish, between Cesme and Alacati. The bathroom wasn't cleaned very deeply cleaned , there were still some spots left uncleaned but it wasn't something very big.

Perfect value for money for those who want to be close to Ilica Beach in Alaçati. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, they even allowed me to check in two hours early. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and relaxed. The room was exactly as shown in the photos and had everything needed for a quality short stay. I would also like to mention the breakfast: it was perfectly sized to start the morning, with very fresh ingredients. Overall, I can easily recommend this place for solo travelers, as well as couples and families.

Very nice and polite staff they were helpful and open to any questions. You could hop on a bus to head to the center. The room we stayed at was too small, the bathroom had a stench of rotten eggs. The wifi connection was non existent in our room. It’s sad because it looked very promising online and we looked forward to staying here.
