The property is so beautiful! The pool is great for the warm afternoons.

Location is great. Staff super friendly. Breakfast delicious and very generous. Room was comfortable, clean and nice decorated. I will surely choose this hotel in case I 'll return!

The beds were super soft and sunken in. Also the room was across from busy restaurant (earplugs were needed) and no blackout curtains.

A beautiful autentic hotel in the heart of the old town with a lot of charm. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They serve a very good breakfast with a lot of choices in a very beautiful garden. We knew parking our car would be an issue because parking around the hotel can be challenging. We really can't think of too much to dislike about this hotel. Would highly recommend for a romantic getaway.

Everything and the staff was amazing and always smiling Nothing

Lovely staff that made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Large pool area with ample seating and lounge areas. Our room was situated off the pool which was nice and a little quieter than the main house but small for a suite, just large enough for a queen bed. A little noise from nearby bars but also very central. Beautiful breakfast served with so much attention to detail.

I paid for a junior suite that was supposed to have a separate bedroom. The room we received was small and did not have a separate bedroom. I feel cheated. I could have booked a smaller room and saved $$$. But i opted for getting bigger room and didnt receive what i paid for.

The hotel’s potential is wasted by very unprofessional staff. They mixed up customers’ bills and attempted to charge us for drinks we never ordered. When we tried to explain the mistake, they acted like they were doing a favor and offering us a “discount” by saying, “Let’s just make the final price this amount,” rather than correcting the error. I insisted on paying only for what we actually consumed, but they forced us into accepting a higher total. Additionally, the doorman offended my husband by speaking about “how red his skin is and that gives a hint about where he is from” assuming my husband doesn’t understand Turkish. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and not how guests should be treated.

The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast AMAZING , the room so cute even when the bathroom is very small, but I can understand because it is the style in a boutique hotel in Alaçati. Outside, the garden is a oasis in the middle of the “ chaos” because the location is perfect but in the middle of the noise haha but close to everything, restaurants, shops, everything. The noise in general, inside of the hotel from other rooms I can hear the conversation of the other paxs, and outside there is a construction and was really annoying for get a good rest. The other thing I think is not good is the reception is not 24 hours. I don’t think it is a problem, because is part of the charm of Alaçati, but nobody speak english here ?. So be patience because this place is for turkish tourist and I love that.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. You would be forgiven if you woke up and thought you were in Provence. The terrace where breakfast and perhaps a glass of wine is served is stunning. Butel and Can took such good care of us and everything they presented from breakfast to the afternoon glass of wine was beautifully presented. Breakfast was delicious and each morning breakfast was a little different with a new and delicious surprise. The hotel is a little away from the busyness of town and is a welcome oasis of tranquility. We would love to return one day. We loved everything.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with a great vibe. You can tell so much thought and style went into decorating, it’s filled with curated antiques, it’s just lovely. The courtyard and pool area is gorgeous. We stayed with our baby (who they graciously accommodated) in the garden suite and we loved having the privacy that room provided. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was great, especially Cihan. We unfortunately were there while there was a bad storm and part of the hotel flooded. The staff was busy cleaning it up the next day but were still attentive to us. We would love to stay there again in the future.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What truly made the experience special, though, was the staff. Every team member I encountered was genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made all the difference. The service was, without a doubt, the highlight of my stay. Highly recommended! N/A

The staff was extremely helpful and were always willing to help you with anything you need. They really made us feel at home. The hotel is in a great location, being super close to all the great shopping and restaurants, while being far enough so that the room is extremely quiet.
