the rooms were not clean and not maintained at all . internet connection was bad , never worked, there was no drinks by the pool ( they couldn't even serve coca-cola ) wasnt clean and everything was old and not maintained

Location was the only thing we liked. Didnt like anything else. Cleanliness, lack of maitenance, terrible condition of facilities, no simple drinks by the pool, old stained towels, even towels from other hotels were used

convenience in location No kettle for boiling water and shower water is not hot. Rooms are small. Breakfast is simple but expensive.

The hotel is renovated, big lobby, big rooms, wonderful ambience…staff is professional, welcoming and very friendly. The pool is even nice. Perfect stay to have a walk around the old town without worrying on where to park etc.. Nothing :) just perfect

Only the location This is a hostel under the name of a hotel. Rooms are definitely not clean, no airconditioning, wifi doesn’t work in the room only on the lobby and “hotel” entrance. Mosquitos, spiders and other insects I didn’t know about are everywhere. It is so bad that I had to buy myself an insect spray. Spray this and wait for 30 minutes outside the room with the room windows closed then open the windows and wait for another 30 minutes and I had to do this twice a day. Neither my room nor the hotel itself are being cleaned. First day when checking in I had not enough towels in the room and asked for it at the desk. They told me someone would bring it. Well I had to ask for towels again the next day because I didn’t receive any. We ran out of toiletpaper day 2, because the room wasn’t cleaned nor were facilities being checked and restocked in the room. No ventilation in the toilet, so every time someone came out of the toilet there was a bad smell. Besides, there was a weird noise every time anyone else in the rooms next door or above us used the bathroom in their own room! The hotel is in Alacati and has a small pool but no place to hang your wet bikinis or towels?? Besides during our stay there was a group of pubers making too much noise both inside their room as well as in the garden of the hotel so I basically could not sleep. You can hear people having sex as there is no noise cancellation. If I had known this I would have definitely paid 2x or 3x the amount I paid for this stay for another hotel to have a better experience.
