Located at the heart of Alacati, stone-built Alavya features traditional Alacati architecture and an outdoor pool with free parasols and sun loungers. The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient to explore the area. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were very comfortable and spotless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious—everything we tried exceeded our expectations.

Everything is very well thought of. A luxurious sanctuary in the middle of old Alacati town. Attention to the smallest detail. A wow stay, service, everything…we extended our stay and left with an intention to come again.

Loved the ease of the property to navigate with a toddler. Nothing truly negative to say, if I had to say something I wish the pool was heated but it was still perfect after a glass of wine.

The most spectacular hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff, from the receptionist, the drivers, the waiters, to the cleaners, all made us feel welcomed and special. Our room was fabulous, every little detail was carefully thought of. The hotel provided completely treats throughout the day, such as late night snack to your room, bubbly while at the pool and fruits. The pool is phenomenal, the most peaceful place. You have a jacuzzi as well as a good sized pool to swim. Super clean! The breakfast and dining area is very cute and perfectly designed. The food is fab all around! Overall, this hotel offered us a slice of paradise. Thank you Alavya team! I liked everything!

The day starts with the most amazing breakfast experience I've ever had. Healthy, fresh, a variety of delicious foods, all arranged in a splendid display worthy of coverage in any high-end gourmet magazine, and served in their exquisite, plant-filled stone courtyard dining area. The restaurant's food for lunch and dinner is also delectable and creative — made with the freshest food. And then there is the beautiful pool area built into a garden area, perfect for lazing in sun or shade. Their pool invites refreshing dips and swimming (lap-style if desired). Our room was larger than expected and as comfortable as any luxury boutique hotel I've ever stayed in, and it had unique, beautifully designed decor. The service was attentive and respectful with a nice touch of friendliness. The reception staff also made our stay one of the best travel experiences we've ever had. For example, they asked the morning chef to prepare breakfast for us before they opened (an acai bowl and an omelette) so that we could make our flight from Izmir Airport easily. They have a great setup with Lexus for transportation. Without a doubt, I plan to return to the Alavya!

Wonderful property, beautiful and luxurious garden, with very attentive staff. Thank you for your hospitality! We loved the design of the rooms with excellent cleaning services and evening turn down services. Mitu Restaurant has great food, and the pool is very large and perfect for swimming. The hotel receptionists helped us with daily reservations to beach clubs, and really improved our stay. Overall, we felt indulged and well cared for. Be prepared, the centre of Alacati is loud, music stops at 1am. Nothing to do with the property of course, but it’s not a location for early sleepers.

Room decor and comforts and functionality. Staff were amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately the next door establishment plays very loud music which can be annoying for early sleepers. Although the hotel does provide good quality ear plugs.

Everything is amazing, specifically service AC wasn’t enough sometimes. There are a lot of mosquitoes everywhere in general in Izmir and everywhere. Breakfast was weak.

Beautifully stylishly furnished rooms, great breakfast buffet, very relaxing and inviting pool, excellent food in the adjacent restaurant. Extremely friendly staff. We're looking forward to next time.
