The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, which made my stay enjoyable. I did encounter a few issues that I hope can be addressed. The shower drain was clogged, making it inconvenient to use. Additionally, the safe in my room was broken, which raised concerns about the security of my belongings. I also noticed that the bed cover provided was more suitable for a single person rather than a couple. Lastly, the breakfast timing at 10 AM felt quite late, as it limited my options for the day.

The only positive thing about this place is location. Greeting, room facilities, shower, bed, pillow, cleanliness of the room. Felt like hostel.

However, it's worth noting that there's a pub on the premises, which can be quite noisy until 1:30 AM. If you prefer an early night's sleep or a quieter residential area, this might not be the ideal choice. On the bright side, the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. If you're traveling by car, finding parking can be challenging, and the GPS might not accurately guide you to the hotel. It's best to contact the hotel for direct instructions to reach your destination. The breakfast provided was exceptional and served at 10 am. All in all, my stay was a unique experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. noise till mine night

The hotel is so pretty, right in the centre. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful. No wifi in the room.

It is located in the crowded and popular street. very nice location Room was small, but still ok.

The location was great, the whole stay was amazing and the rooms were so nice The only drawback was the sound of the music at night which was super super high but to be honest this whole area is for people who come to stay up late and enjoy the vacation to it serves that purpose … so if u want to sleep before 1 am I don’t recommend you stay here

the breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful even though we didn't speak the same language. the hotel is located in the beating center of Alacati so everything is close by. overall we loved our stay. there was no roomkeeping, i don't know if we should've asked for it, but the room was clean to begin with and we didn't mind arranging it ourselves.

Everything in terms of room and staff was so nice!! Room has super nice small details that make it so cool. Wifi is like non-existant. Only works downstairs but all the rooms are upstairs.

the location, the cute boutique hotel, decor interior, nice smell, attention to detail in decor super cramped room, hard to open suitcase. limited options in breakfast with no meat option. staff didn’t ask for room service, we were there 3 nights. staff was unbothered. loud music in the evening

Nice breakfast, clean and comfy rooms. The rooms are above the bar, incredibly noisy!

The staff was very helpful (especially a lady called Mujde) & accommodating. Location was excellent & food was very delicious. The room I was in had a broken window so I could smell all the smoke from cigarettes & the music was incredibly loud :/ I asked to change the room and Mujde was kind enough to change it for me.?
