The room was cozy and the location was good. The neighborhood was Good. Nadia Assisted us with our bag that we forgot after checkout and we picked that up. She Also agreed to keep our luggage in the lobbg while we went around the neighborhood and had Breakfast. We arrived at night and had to wait around 10 minutes as the door was locked and we were standing with our luggage in the dark ally. Owner assured Alacati is safe everywhere but it was our first time there so that was uncomfortable. Just to let everyone know that the parking is 2-4 minutes walk so you probably have to drag your luggage over the road made of cobbler stone. Also Bathroom is way too small, but it didn’t bother us that much.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, Nadia was very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms are very cozy and clean , with all the amenities you could ask for. The location is perfect and close to key attractions yet peaceful enough to truly rest. We especially liked that we could leave our luggage after check-out, it gave us extra time to enjoy the city without carrying bags around. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next trip!

Located centrally. They have no parking at the property. Parking is available nearby. Make sure, you get the exact location of the parking spot before reaching the property.

Breakfast was turkish with lots of options. Originally, provided a room downstairs, it was like a dungeon, dark, no window view, it had a film so you could not see through. On the next day, the switched room was upstairs and much better, bright and sunny. No parking. No car access, prepare to drag your lagguage on cobblestone road

The staff are very nice and helpful, ali is always ready for any question , and Aigrim she is very helpful and nice with us, the breakfast is good, the room is cozy and comfy,, the best part is the interior design and antique of the place, all these you get with very affordable price Nothing

gorgeous setting and perfect location. very cool and staff very helpful. worth a visit for that breakfast, very unexpected in an amazing way. 100% would stay again! not a lot of plug sockets but due to the style of building we expected this. we just brought an extension lead with us and problem solved!! maybe provide one for guests or put the info on the overview to let people know.
