The hotel it’s absolutely magical and the breakfast was out of this world, everything home cooked with fresh products from the village. The staff was amazing and very welcoming, specially Hasan, he took care of us during our entire stay and was absolutely amazing, always ready to help, giving good recommendations and genualy caring about our stay. As a Front Office Manager at a hotel myself, I can only praise his customer service, 12/10. Everything was great

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful with an impressive design. The rooms are spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, especially the memorable Turkish breakfast. The poolside felt like a dream—stylish, cozy, and peaceful. With the best restaurants and popular spots just a two-minute walk away, it's the perfect location. Highly recommend this hotel, and we can’t wait to return!

Very beautiful, relaxing, Hassan is a great asset and a big plus for the hotel. Whatever we needed he always delivered. For the facilities in the hotel as well as tourism, restaurants reservations etc…. Staff needs to speak english It’s a pity for such a beautiful place not to have s staff who can handle things they always have to refer to one person who only speaks English

The hotel and it’s interiour is stunning, the location is perfect just a few steps from the shops, restaurants and bars. We loved the staff (kitchen, pool and bar). We really think that the management should appreciate the staff! It was not very clean, don’t expect a fresh scent coming from the towels and bed linen. The price/quality is also not a high score.

this property is stunning. The location is in a very posh, comfortable, safe neighborhood in the heart of all things cool in Alaçati. We loved it so much we extended our stay for two nights and now I’m flying back to the States from Izmir instead of going to Istanbul (which I LOVE) for the final two nights of me being in Turkey. Could not recommend it more. Love love love.

very tranquil spot in the middle of Alacati. the pool area was very relaxing and enjoyable. the rooms are decent size and the bathrooms and showers are good enough. The bed mattress not the best. the shower is also average. The food is just average too, Don't expect gourmet food.
