Room was not clean cheap and bugs confessed ! Lamps was broken

The room I stayed in, the ac did not work and tv was dark. So it was hard to see what was going on while watching the tv.

Great location, shops nearby, plenty of eateries, view, cable, and staff. Breakfast. Advertisement showed eggs and possibly meat. I experienced yogurt coffee muffins oatmeal. I passed!

Expensive but nice view. Was within walking distance of Pasta Pelican which has good food and views. Otherwise, the area around the hotel was not very walkable. The free breakfast was takeaway only. Otherwise, enjoyed my stay. Room seemed clean and had refrigerator/microwave.

Easy for one night stay Staff seemed to be just doing the minimum. Morning person was on her blue tooth talking continuously on a personal call.

Big room. Great location. Free parking. Well-equipped and clean room. Window had one blackout shade, and we were on the first floor, so to get any natural light at all we had to be visible to anyone walking by. A second set of blinds would be appropriate. Also, the room did not have any shampoo or conditioner, or a coffeemaker, although there was a note that these things were available at the front desk. There was no rack for putting luggage on, and no safe for valuables.

Our room wasn’t ready well after the check in time, and the room looked like there was a bunch of damage from furniture being moved around on the floors. It was ok just for one night but not great.

Amenities are not ideal. Shower was a trickle of water, no drain stopper for a bath (front desk said people just put towels down the drain). You have to ask for toiletries. These should be offered when you check in as I didn’t think about it until I was already getting in the shower.

Saw some clumps of hair in the room and bathroom but for the most part, it was very clean, comfortable, and a great location.

The peaceful setting and easy access to shopping and restaurants. Lobby could use a little attention. As you wait in line where ever you eyes fall....things can be dusted or scrubbed. If there can be a bench or seating to sit as a couple before me stepped aside to correct their check in...they had to stand around.
