Location Cleanliness lack of shampoo or conditioner no coffee at the continental breakfast in the morning had to ask for it

What I didn't like; wrote in wrong area. Sewage back up in my shower and bathroom room sink every morning. I was told the hotel was booked. I tired to move to the only one room available and someone was blasting music and I couldn't stay there. I was told a plumber would come fix and never did. I reported to front desk twice and had to clean raw Sewage my self. I paid 1,289 for my stay. Very disappointed. Im also disabled and had to clean the Sewage myself since the front desk said they couldn't. I've stayed here many time and have spend thousands of dollars and this was disappointing. The tash room had so my trash i couldn't walk in to dispose my trash. Stated above. Location and view was at least nice.

Bad

The location was decent. The hotel room had no kitchen or bathroom items, not even shampoo or plastic cups. You had to ask the front desk staff for EVERYTHING. This was very inconvenient since they were not able to bring anything up to your room. As a guest I had to collect carry all the kitchen items up to my room. I felt as though I was imposing on the staff even though I'm paying a premium for the room. The room was also not clean when I checked in. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. They use cheap, scratchy linens on the bed. No streaming capability on the very small television which was constantly losing signal. Not worth the cost. It had a cheap and dirty feel, but unfortunately was not cheap.

Great and convenient location for the company outgoing. Plenty of of parking, clean room.

The room also had some issues. The shower knob was coming off and needed to be fixed. There was no hair dryer in the room, and there was no shampoo or conditioner provided. Overall, the hotel has some areas that need more attention, especially when it comes to breakfast and basic room amenities. We hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Great location. Only complaint is that the hot water in the shower BARELY worked. Took like 5 minutes to get hot and didn’t actually get to a pleasant temp.

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The kitchenette is empty. You have to checkout a coffee pot and a toaster. You have to go downstairs and get it yourself.dont be fooled.

It mentioned that it was a 15 minute walk to Jack London Square. It’s more like 2 hours as you cannot cross over the water.

The location was good, in a safe area. Very important in Oakland. The walls are paper thin. The beds are on the same wall and the man next door was snoring so loud it was difficult to go to sleep.

Beautiful area the free breakfast was coffee and a package muffin.

Room was not clean cheap and bugs confessed ! Lamps was broken

Very accommodating when we got there early after a long flight, allowed us to change and store our luggage until room was ready. Breakfast wasn’t worth getting. Coffee,porridge sachets and cake on offer.

The view They "upgraded " me to a room with a view. But did not have a queen size bed. No ice machine. Bed felt like a pull out bed. Not comfortable.

The room I stayed in, the ac did not work and tv was dark. So it was hard to see what was going on while watching the tv.
