Everything was great!

The hotel was excellent and quiet but the breakfast could be better if you had a variety of proteins such as bacon cooked done and the sausage different kinds would be better the bar food could also use an upgrade

The hotel is clean and nice also customer service is amazing and the breakfast od good and all kinds of options I also want to say that Jovy she's rhe assistant General manager she is amzing and very good always also Theiry is very good in customer service I have been staying here for many years now

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We loved that the bus came to pick us up at the airport and for a decent price. It was only $10 per room (not person) and it took us back to the airport for our departing flight. It was charged to our room and we felt safe. The front desk staff was helpful and the gift bag we received was a surprise. We will definitely stay again when in town.

The staff are very very good and awesome customer service also the breakfast is amzing and ao mich to choose from. Air con motioning is very good and works good I have been staying here for a while now Thanknyou to all the staff including the front desk staff and housekeeping they are all amazing and awesome

The male receptionist who checked us in was truly terrible; his attitude was awful.

I’ve stayed almost exclusively at Hilton hotels for over 10 years, and this was by far my worst experience. I booked this hotel because it advertised free parking, but I was charged $20/night instead. The bigger issue was the service. I was initially given a dirty accessible room with a sticky floor and a broken hand shower. When I requested a different room, the receptionist first asked whether we had sat on the bed because he wanted to resell the room. He then moved us to a standard room that could have been assigned from the start. The next morning, I asked for shaving cream and was directed to a shelf where courtesy items were being sold. Very disappointing. Hilton should seriously look into how this property is being managed.

I was not able too use the facility because I was not able to check in because of a computer outage

The entire Hilton computer system was down. We arrived at 3 30 and waited 4 hours to finally get a room. The staff did not know how to handle the situation and apologized
