location is good. room is clean When you try to get into the elevator, it smells really bad because it's near the toilet. Breakfast was pretty good.

If I can put more than 10 out of 10 I will gladly do .. the location is perfect, few steps from the famous Cleopatra beach and the cable car ? up to the castle . The staff are super polite and friendly people .. you will feel like you are at home . The breakfast was really delicious although limited items . I will not go anywhere next time , straight ahead to the lovely Sunway hotel . The hotel is a bit outdated but you are paying pennies for staying in such great location with lovely staff

The location is incredible, it’s next to the Cleopatra Beach, restaurants, markets etc. I loved the staff, they were so friendly and kind. Our room was clean and the ladies who are responsible for cleaning were so cute and sweet, especially Hatice Hanım. She was like a mom to us. It was such a nice experience for me and my husband??

Very close to the teleferic cable car and cleopatra beach. Dirty bathroom,, bed sheets ripped with a big holes, shower broken.

The bed was good; there was a nice view (from the 4th floor); good location everything was broken - phone, AC, and fridge; they did fix it eventually but it was a hassle to deal with that; terrible breakfast - no efforts were made to provide a vegan breakfast; staff members were not friendly; construction going on right in front of the hotel; not recommended!

The accommodation was on the first floor, the balcony was full of vegetation and you couldn't see through, mosquitoes in the evenings and Wi-FI on the balcony didn't work. Asked to change the room, but they didn't want to do it. Maybe when he was alone but the room was set up for two people. Breakfast was miserable!

Sunway Hotel is located in the best possible spot in Alanya, very near from the best part of Kleopatra beach and the city center. The stuff was very friendly and nice to me. I stayed totally 10 night! The breakfast was ok, not much variety and rather basic, but it was enough to fill up for the first part of the day. Overall, I liked my stay at the Sunway Hotel, and would come back again! So I definitely recommend! The first room where I was placed was not good. It was not so nice and with balcony facing directly another building and smelling very strongly because it was directly above the kitchen, but luckily, the nice stuff moved me to a much better room for the next night, where everything was perfect:) Also, don't expect to have a room with sea view or garden view etc, like it's advertised in Booking, because this hotel doesn't have such rooms:)) But my balcony was big and nice (in the room where I stayed majority of the time).

Hotel in a very good location, right next to Cleopatra Beach. The hotel is vintage, but offers everything you need, rooms are clean, air conditioning works well, beds are comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful. Wifi could be better
