Clean, nice and cosy, near the beach. Guys went with me twice to the police station to help getting accident report. It was a remembered experience.

I like the apartment I booked. It was really nice, comfortable and clean. 2 minutes walk to Kleopatra beach. I definitely will stay there again ??

This place was an actual apartment style suite, very spacious, all amenities, great water pressure, full kitchen, private balcony and community balcony, and it is updated, very close to everything Parking is 1st come, 1st served... not a problem just not a lot of options at the hotel, plenty on side roads

Since August 24th, I had the pleasure of visiting the magnificent Cleopatra Suite Hotel in Alanya! The hotel suits my preferences as well as possible. The hotel is very neat and conveniently located. The hotel is not the cheapest, if you are limited in money, consider carefully. The hotel is located just across the street from the Alanya Aquapark, 200 meters from the water's edge of Cleopatra Beach. A 5-minute walk from the Migros store, 5 minutes from ATMs and currency exchange offices, shops of Attatürk Boulevard, the embankment with cafes and restaurants, Alanya teleferik, beach clubs and sports grounds are all nearby, 3-5 minutes on foot. Just around the corner is the bus stop of the 4 bus going to Calais. The hotel building turned out to have 7 floors with comfortable and cozy apartments, there are both studios and rooms with separate rooms. There was also a hammam inside my room, my personal one. The furniture is comfortable. There is a TV or two, a spacious loggia, an equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle, dishes and appliances. There is only a microwave oven. Each room has a safety deposit box included in the price. Laundry facilities are available at the hotel. Daily cleaning service. They clean efficiently. The cleaners were professional, they didn't touch any personal belongings, and they handled the money very carefully. The rooms have a fairly stable Wi-Fi reception and a telephone. The hotel has a clean and cozy restaurant where breakfast and a la carte are served. The breakfasts are good. You can also use the services of an office, a library and the Internet. In the backyard of the hotel there is a private pool and a pool bar, before going to the pool there are chic marble and onyx dressing rooms and bathrooms. There is a mosque next to the hotel and at 5-15 the muezzin will invite you to prayer, but after a busy holiday, sea, sun and parties, this adds a national flavor. -> -> go on pluses -> no minuses -> Separately, I would like to note the kind, at kind attentive and professional attitude of the staff. Every employee of the hotel was attentive to my requests, always helped and solved the problem. The hotel receptionists and the bellhop speak English and Turkish well. The hotel administration promptly chatted with me booking.com they very kindly organized a transfer from the international airport and departure to the airport, for which I am very grateful to them, I did not have to spend money and visit the office of the transfer 24-7 agency. Luggage scales were at the reception for free. The hotel also provided a very prompt and high-quality room replacement at my request. Very good

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is minimal parking but the receptionist moved their car so we could get a spot. If you have a car maybe let them know in advance so they can reserve you a spot. Our room was massive with a kitchen, all of the appliances you’d need in a kitchen, a couch and a large bed. The room was really clean and modern. Really close to the ocean and restaurants. There is a pool and restaurant at the hotel. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the menu looked good. The wifi and air conditioning worked well. Would definitely recommend. Nothing ?

Location was perfect. The hotel was not looking to any road. We could see a swimming pool from our balcony. It took us 3-5 minutes walking to the beach. We had to cross the road and a nice park zone to reach the beach. The hotel was close to the city centre. It was about 5 minutes walking to restaurants and shops. Also this hotel was close to the mountain with an ancient castle on top of it. Funicular was only 3 minutes walking. Port area and the foot of the mountain were at 15-20 minutes walking distance. City theatre and archeological museum were at the next corner of the street. The hotel itself was very cozy. The room was clean and tidy. Furniture was good and clean. Bed was good and comfortable. Even pillows were good. There was a comfortable multifunctional sofa in the sitting area. The kitchen area was equipped with all necessary things. Staff at the reception was mega friendly and helpful. It is pleasure to thank Mr. Alperen, Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. Sadik for excellent service and friendly atmosphere during our stay.

The location was excellent, and everything in the property was new and spotless.

We were a group of three families and we all absolutely loved this hotel. It is very well managed, sparkling clean, in excellent location, 5 min away from the beach and restaurants and the management and staff are super friendly and very efficient. Nothing

Absolutely everything! The hotel is so clean and modern. The room is huge, air conditioning is perfect, shower is amazing, the kitchen area is fantastic. The swimming pool is huge and refreshing. Also the staff are very friendly. The location is perfect as only a few mins from Kleopatra Beach and cable cars. Nothing. It's perfect

One of the best rooms we have stayed in. We booked the larger apartment which was very spacious. The quality of the furniture and fixtures were excellent. All the larger apartments are located at the front of the property, ask for a higher floor, as less overlooked and we had a view of the castle and cable cars. The room was extremely clean, the cleaners were excellent, constantly changing towels and bedding, thank you. (cleanest floors ever!) The location is great, small quiet side road right in the heart of damlatas , Alanya. Very short walk to the beach , shops and restaurants. A few minor things to consider Lift is tiny and fan needs fixing, very hot in there ? Swimming pool is located between 2 buildings so not for sunbathing but great for quick cool down. The pool is not advertised as being shared with another hotel, although never got really busy it’s too small to share this facility. Led to believe this accommodation was not for children under 16 or on another website 12?? This was not the case. Despite the above we would highly recommend this accommodation

This hotel is awesome. The perfect location for both the beach and activities. Staff is super nice and helpful. Rooms are big and clean (the one we had). Cleaning everyday which is so good. Everything is walking distance. Beach is literally 1 min walking from the hotel. There’s a beach club 1 min away if you like those also. If I ever come back to Alanya it will be this hotel.

Friendly staff 24/7. Cleaners were available whenever we needed them. Facilities were great, good air con which is needed in Turkey! Lovely Turkish bath. Comfortable bed, quiet location at night. It's a shame the pool is on the smaller side and is in the shade by around 3pm but the beach is only 10 minutes away so we didn't really need the pool.

The hotel offers excellent service, with rooms cleaned daily. The high-quality internet connection is perfect for work. Conveniently, there are shops nearby.
