Buffet is served at certain hours. If you come at the end of service hour they will continually remind you that they are closing kicking you out of the table not letting finish your meal. They will not restock your fridge with water bottles which you have to get only at the buffet during service hours. Beach is public so no towels or lounge chases included. To rent one will cost you about 4-5$ a day .

Clean hotel, good food, great location. You exceeded my expectations. I wish there were a few coffee machines with actual coffee. The one in the lobby was constantly breaking down and other coffee machines give you an instant crappy coffee. I didn't get any photos but everything looks exactly as listed which really surprised me. That hamam option is kinda scam. They show you a brochure with massage on it, but then at the end of hamam when they put a mask on then they say that massage is extra.

The indoor pool was closed. And there is only 1 pool so it was crowded.

Some staff members were indifferent. 1-2 of them- overall, excellent staff

Well, our stay went amazingly (not a paid comment,but everything was just great XD). At the beginning we had some troubles with booking and payment transactions, but the staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, so everything got sorted out :) Thanks a lot for that! The hotel staff was great, the facilities were cleaned regularly, everything was kept nice and neat. Food was very good. The menu planned wisely for a week so it doesn't repeat itself much. There was a wide variety of dishes including meat, fruit and desserts every time and some special/themed foods couple around twice a week. The staff at the bar gets special thanks! Always smiling and friendly, ready to chat or suggest something new. There were some entertainment program as well. Pool games, aqua aerobics, darts, for kids: mini-disco at night and kids club at day. Nothing exceptional, but considering the small size of the hotel area, guys did their best ? Some outdoors sport activities would be amazing though. Waterslides were open like 3 times a day, and that's a lot. The location is nice, everything is nearby. It takes around four minutes to get to the Cleopatra beach through the seaside park/alley. Close to tourist attractions and a small market, also bars and night clubs were quite nearby. All in all, would highly recommend this hotel especially to young adults and couples. Planning to come back next year ❤️ The size of the hotel is quite small, so there is not that much of activities during the day as waterslides, pool games and sunbathing take place at the same pool. And that's the whole hotel's territory. The sea at the Cleopatra beach is very wavy, so getting into/out of water might be a problem for people with special needs or kids. Should be taken into account. But nothing to do with the hotel.

I will like everything except the staff at the front desk who cheat people out of money. Good afternoon. Everything was absolutely delightful. Great food, great location of the hotel. Very nice hotel. Everything was super:) Except for one point - the reception staff wanted to dunk us on the first day. We had booked a room in advance. Upon arrival your staff took us to a room that does not correspond at all to the photos on the bookings. Oh, and with two different beds for a couple. It was horrible! When I asked where was the room we had booked, I was immediately told, give me 150 euros. Then we will move. I then had to go to the manager next to the reception and she immediately said something to them, after which they quickly handed over the keys to our room normal! If it wasn't for the past incident, I might have given it a 10/10, but as it is, sorry.

Great location. Right on the beach and didn’t have to take a cab the whole trip. Recently renovated so room was lovely and had a good view of the pool. Food was quite good on some days. Didn’t eat out much as we didn’t need to. Some staff members were rude. Asked for toilet roll late at night at reception as the cleaner didn’t give any new products. He seemed not too helpful but got it in the end. Hotel cleaning wasn’t great. They just about re tucked in the sheets and changed towels. Didn’t give us new toilet roll or didn’t sweep or clean anything which was disappointing.
