It wasn’t worth the money and they asked for extra money for everything, even internet access! The staff couldn’t speak English

I truly believe this place is the best in its price range. Great location, attentive and respectful staff and lovely view from the balcony. Huge respect to the chef as breakfasts were unbelievable. We had thin blankets for the first night, but we asked in the morning and got wormer one.

The location was perfect, the breakfast was simple but nice, and the staff were very kind and friendly. Very simple place but clean and tidy and nice. I didn't go to the pool, but all the staff told me to and I trust them. :) Wifi was not great, my laptop would sometimes connect sometimes not connect, etc.

Location , Location, staff were polite professional and very helpful . Never felt rushed, relaxed atmosphere. Pool a great bonus on the roof and was never very busy, room was basic, but had everything you need, had a fridge balcony with chairs and table, star rating should not to be compared to U.K. Aircon was great and shower had great water pressure… overall a pleasurable stay and I would visit again and recommend Nothing not to like

Overall the hotel and the location are really good not too hot not too cold ( important for me to not enter in a fridge from outside ) Swimming pool was clean and not busy at all Staff and cleaning on point Pool being on the roof is always warm ( can de disturbing for some ppl but pretty confy ) Bed confy adapted to heat Free climatisation Confy balcony Insane view ( like many place in alanya mountain + sea ) 3 min from beatch One or 2 tiny ameliorations possible are : -the breakfeast "buffet" was always hot ( cheeses,fruit,...) not appetising at all - clean the batroom bit better ( especially the join on the door of shower ) the rest was on point - have a sign to request room cleaning ? - trashcan full when we arrive - bad smell from the aqua park side around ( sadly nothing they can do )

Breakfast was basic but did the trick, plenty of nice bits and great value for money. Room was spacious, clean, tidy, simple, bathroom was good with a spacious shower and good water pressure etc. Balcony was so lovely with amazing views of the castle, hills, city etc. The pool upstairs is small but a really nice secluded place for a dip and a chill out on the sun beds. Generally quiet and relaxing up there. Honestly can't fault the place and it was so cheap for such a great location! The breakfast could have been a bit better but it was free so can't complain too much. Our room faced the sunrise and the curtains were a little thin so an eyemask was essential to sleep through the sunlight and later into the morning. Otherwise can't fault it, so good!

Very good

Good price/quality ratio. Super location, 5 min from Kleopatra beach, and 15 minutes to old city streets. Reception was polite and always available. Rooms were clean and towels available. Pool on the roof if you want for quick relaxation. Some furniture are old, but if you do not look over luxury, it is just fine for vacation. Breakfast is basic, would not be bad to include some croissants or burek.

This hotel has the best location ever, you have everything nearby. Migros(supermarket),Firin(Pastry),Cleopatra Beach, Telefrik, juice place(Atom),.... Plus they are veryyyyy clean. The staff was great except for the evening lady, she was a bit rude with a surly face.
