Arsi Hotel

Breakfast was beyond our expectations. Everything was so delicious. We all enjoyed it ?? Swimming pool was not large enough so it was too crowded most of the time. I wish a part of it had been in the shade or inside the building. Sorry I couldn’t swim or get into the pool at all ?

Hotel was ok food average price was good so I guess we got what we paid for Small pool area

Every day the same food, when you go there, there is nothing but chicken every day.

Hotel was located close to centrum. I had friends living near hotel and location was just perfect for me. Atmosphere and rooms are quite good and staffs are helpful and kind.

? The hotel was awful. Everything was dirty. The manager is mean, he doesn't help to solve any problem.

Just the Mediterranean Sea. Water was warm and very clean I ordered a nice room with a sea view. When I arrived at the hotel, they gave me another room, twice smaller. The air conditioner didn't work, the TV was broken, the shower and toilet were old. The room had a pool view. During our stay they never changed the sheets and towels.

- ? I would never recommend this “hotel” to anyone. I talked with them before going to this place and asked multiple times for a late checkin, because we got to the hotel at 1.00 am. When we arrived, they told us to wait due to some technical issues and made us wait for 6 hours in the lobby. This issue is double booking the rooms, because the guest from the previous night was still there and we paid for the night in the lobby. After getting our rooms, we realised that is not even similar to the rooms we booked, they were filthy and dirty and a huge disappointment. In the morning we talked to the manager about the problem and he told us that we can pack and leave and he didn’t care about the problem at all. There is no cleaning at all, they only toss some toilet paper occasionally. The food is boring, always the same and there are more vegetarian options than meat. Before leaving the hotel, I asked for late checkout because our plane was a night flight, and we agreed that for 50 euro, we can keep all 3 rooms with all inclusive, but on the day when we had to pay, they randomly raised it to 10 euro/ person and only 1 room, so we sat in the lobby for 5 more hours. I have traveled with 3 kids and 5 adults, and all the kids came home sick after using the pool, which was never cleaned during our stay.

The worst experience I had while booking Arsi Hotel thru Booking .com. I booked a large room with balcony and sea view and I’ve been given a very small room with mattress not even bed, no balcony, view of a damaged building 5m away from my window but charged for large room with balcony and sea view. I did not like the hotel, the food nor the impolite and arrogant staff. Staff, food, room, hotel , all were the worth I experience so far ; not value for money; I’ve been charged for large room with balcony and sea view and inferred the smaller room with worst furniture, I’ll never go back and not recommended to any of my friends.

Very friendly staff but the maintenance work was needed. BTW, they were very helpful with the booking.com chat and helped us with the transfer. The AC was broken at 30+ degrees, the toilet was broken :( breakfast was OK. In general, it just lets us stay outside of the hotel as much as possible.

Location very good. Staff very pleasant, friendly and helpful The main issue with this hotel is the food, always cold, never anything to tell you what you were eating, and all left overs were put together in a tray for example Brussels sprouts along with pasta cheese chips and anything else they could find. No selection of meat always chicken in a sauce
