Bad Bad

First, the food is awful: salads are often spoiled, we had normal meat only 2-3 times throughout two weeks, on a daily basis only super salty and fatty meat balls were offered. When we wanted to take a break while eating, we had to pay attention that waiters do not take away our dishes beforehand. Then, there is no free Wi-Fi, even in the lobby. It costs 3€/day and can then be activated only on a single device. The measured internet speed is 1-4Mbps which might only be enough to read text messages. So, there is NO Wi-Fi in this hotel. Acoustic isolation is also terrible. One can hear normal speech in a neighboring room, not to mention people making love. Also, each room has a super heavy wooden chair, and you can easily hear how your neighbors move theirs late at night. Lastly, the hotel bar is super loud, you can’t really sleep until the music is off, which happens closer to the midnight. We asked for a room at the backside, but it was also not quite enough due to the near highway. Cleaning was also inadequate. Although bed sheets are supposed to be changed every three days, no one changed ours until we insisted on this at the reception, that was the 2nd week of our stay. In addition, I spotted large cockroaches twice in the bathroom! The hotel has 2 outside pools, but only one of them was always open. This pool was often overfull, so it was impossible to feel there comfortable and relaxed. During Kurban bajram the other pool was also open, but that was still not enough given hundreds of people that stayed at the hotel during these days. To get some kinds of food at the hotel kitchen at Kurban bajram, we had to spend about 1 hour in the queue. The only positive point is the receptionists’ reaction. They reacted promptly to the cleaning issue and also replaced the broken babybed, that they generously provided to us for the first two nights. But… Why do I have to ask for so many things that MUST be done without an extra kick!

Great for relaxation and friendships

Location is good, 2 minutes to beach. Mattress is old and not comfortable. Food is so so. No water in the room. This is 3 star hotel. That's mean don't expect anything then you can be happy.

Staff was nice, not pushing, helpfull. Perhaps more difference in choice of meals in buffet. Othervise it was tiste tastefull.

I didn’t like the food, was poor and sometimes not even fresh, also the thing that Wi-Fi is not included and it says all inclusive but there is not 24h access to drinks like water, as they don’t provide in the room. Also I didn’t like that whilst I’m eating the staff would come to the table to clean it with a dirty cloth and a scoop. poor service I like the decorations
