In the Center of Oba-Alanya and close to beach….couple of minuets walk to the private beach. Staff is polite and friendly. Swimming pool was great, peaceful and quiet. Things are falling apart in the rooms, no proper maintenance.

Conveniently situated near the beach, dining options, and essential amenities. The apartment offers basic amenities, but the bedding could be upgraded. Additionally, the cleaning service could be enhanced.

I loved the location. No AC in the living room.

From the time of check in my troubles related to this hotel had started - everything in the room looked dirty and overused, broken windows , leaking water in bathroom, broken shower, stained sofas, stained and gray towels. This was one bedroom apartment with AC only in one room in August with temperature more than 40c staying in the living room was unbearable. They do not mention in room description that living room does not have AC . This is misleading . Basically instead of renting apartment with 2 extra sofa beds you get just one bed . At night this place does not have any sound isolation - because of broken windows and you have to listen to street music till 2 am. We were harassed by the staff (none of them speak English), however she came to our room and start yelling and calling names using Google translated that was scary and funny at same time and very unacceptable and unexpected :(( Location is not bad / you can walk to the beach - about 10 minutes

Close to the beach. The gentlemen at the reception was friendly and helpful. Too much noise from the nearby bars and restaurants untill the early hours of the morning. Could not sleep even with ear plugs. The room was just bearly clean but the corridor and the passage was rather smelly and dirty.

It is close to the sea and city centre. Yasin was very nice, helped us with all of our problem. Our 1st room, the city view one was very noisy all night but we got another room overlooking to the garden and that was quiet. The hotel would need some renovation. No swimming pool and wifi not always worked well

There was hot water in the shower and the view from the balcony was wonderful. The room was dirty, stains everywhere. Bed linen was not replaced, seemed to be left after previous guests with hair and stains. The sheets were changed upon request, but it also felt not fresh, cleaner though. It was very cold, we slept under five blankets in jackets and hats. Air conditioning had no automatic mode, and its maximum temperature was 24 degrees, so I had to constantly wake up and turn it on manually. There was no curtain in the bathroom. The toilet didn't flush properly.
