Kandelor Hotel

Our cleaner lady exceeded any service we experienced even in 5* hotels! The food was always fresh and plenty to choose from, kebab was extraordinary! Breakfast could improve a little but overall was ok. Absolutely perfect location and free of charge sunbeds at the beach was a fantastic bonus! Really really pleased with our visit and will recomend this hotel to all our friends when they plan to visit. Pool clean and you always have a sun lounger to sit on. Facilities in a room basic but air con worked perfectly and bed was very comfortable ( you also get additional small pillow !) Really happy we wnet there and would like to say to all of the stuff HUGE THANK YOU!! Kamila & Mario I forgot to mention the spa and massage treatment we went for! Blimey that was an experience which was top notch!!! PLease Please get yourself booked to Kandelor Spa as is absolutely best haman massage you will experience! We had a 100min package for only 30 euro!! Worth at least twice as much! Thank you to Rubi and her friend and also the lovely lady who booked us in at reception. once again extraordinary trip :) that we had to leave :(

Nice stuff, nice room, cleaning is okay, food was good, but should add a usual omelet for breakfast. Good beach Karaoke is nearby so better to buy earplugs

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Five people got food poisoning and the hygiene of the place was questionable. Moreover, the hotel rooms were dirty, and they didn't provide any shampoo or toiletries.

Unbelievabe reward for chuch a decent price.very cleen.3 great rich meals prepares by a special chef.free drinks hot ang cold drinks includind free alcohol.great room,comfortable bads ,mini bar,and electric kattle with cofee and tea.very good location and a treat nice peaples.as a genious3 member in booking com i can say-the best deal ever got.withaot doubt i will come back here with the all family. Actually everything was jest perfect..

I spent there a month. Very nice staff. A comfort mattress The cleaning was done properly I hope the hotel will be able to improve the breakfast menu

Exceptional

The reception staff was super nice and helpful nice lunch and dinner breakfast. I stayed for a month here and its hard to eat every day the same food hotel will close on 29th of November, otherwise, I would stay longer. I hope this hotel will provide rooms on monthly basis, it has a good demand now

Very good helpful staff, many languages are in use. Air conditioning worked well, beds were good. Not noisy at night most of the time, good sound isolating windows. Finally we spent relaxing week, saw many nice historical places in Alanya, note a good shopping experience as well, mainly thanks to friendly staff . Taxi is very cheap, so no problem to go around. A bit old bathroom equipment, sometimes smelly, seems like it is a comon problem with water in Alanya, all included, but food munu was very common, cantine-like, chiken in all forms, no sea-food, fruits choice is very limited, wine was very bad, beer was drinkable, we end up to go to the restaurent on the beach in the evening. Swimming pool is very small. Hotel is in town, to go to the bach (7 min walk) you must cross the main street, but wat is good you can wear whatever you want, even in pareo, nobody cares even in town.

For such an affordable price they had all inclusive, i didn't expect that, surprise. The staff is very helpful and kind. Special thanks to Kerim, he did our stay more comfortable. A bit old and seems dirty, and very hot in lobby and restaurant

the food was nice the air conditioner was not working for two rooms and the weather was so hot and I didn’t sleep well and changed the hotel because that.

Passable

Personals are helpful and always in good mood. They are trying to make your holiday good. The price for this was good service and location. The food for a 4 star hotel could be better, it was not a classic turkish breakfast with simit, just one type of bread. Also, the room view was on the street, a lil bit mostly noisy. In room was dust. The WC is damaged like dirty.

Location and staff’s attitude Dirty room when just arrived. Quite old furniture and hotel itself. The cutlery was cracked. You have to apply for the battery for the TV remote control and for the air conditioner from the reception ?
