Really great and friendly staff. It was our second time in Grand Okan and it was like we were back home. The hotel has good and delicious food. Lovely and beautiful beach is very close by. Also nearby is the Green Beach cafe with sea views and a playground, which is super convenient. If you window has city view it can be noisy, because road with a lot of cars right next to the hotel. Cleaning was okay, but not very thorough and dirt remained under the surfaces

First time at this hotel and the five night stay was a very pleasant experience. The hotel was recommended by my Turkish neighbor, an award-winning fine dining restaurateur in Finland. The hotel is upscale and deserves a little more than four stars. The room was more beautiful than in the picture and very clean. The traffic on the street side did not disturb. The location of the hotel was good, close to the beach and the center, but still peaceful. The half-board meals were tasty and healthy. I can't think of anything negative to say.

Helpful and friendly staff, thanks to all. Breakfast and dinner were included. It was a surprise for us, as when i booked the hotel i didn't check such an option. And i didn't expect such a service for money we paid. Great location, everything we needed was 5 minutes walking around, so we didn't use a taxi or a car. It is old, sofas and carpets need a good cleaning.

The hotel is very close to the famed Kleopatra Beach. The breakfast was huge and healthy—with lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. They had very good waiters. The front desk was helpful and parking was adequate. All in all—a great way to see Alanya. Excellent value for money. Nothing to think of.
