Beautiful hotel, very clean, contemporary. Amazing view from the top floor suite. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff members. Great food selection and food always made fresh. It’s the second time staying at the hotel. Definitely would come back! Loved everything

New furnished rooms and the dryer rack on the balcony. The staff Is nice. We were allowed to use the showers in the sauna zone after we checked out. We received 2 bottles of water for our trip back home. The kettle in the room is leaking if you put more than 200 ml. We asked to replace it, but the new kettle had the same problem. The staff pretended that they didn't know about this problem. Probably not many people use the kettle and complain. But we used it as I need to take warm water regularly. The reception information notes offer to buy a late check out option but we couldn't receive it. They told us that the hotel was booked out.

Very good breakfast. Fresh fruit and plenty of choice of food. Nice hotel staff. Clean and quiet - perfect for relaxing. A big advantage is the heated pool in which it is great to swim on colder November days. Rooms new and very clean.

You couldn’t fault anything at the hotel. The staff were all very friendly, hard working and helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. If I return to Alanya I would definitely stay again.

The rooms are more comfortable than many 5-star hotel rooms. Cleanliness is impeccable. The hotel is in the most beautiful location of Alanya. The view from my balcony was amazing. And the most important thing for me is that all the staff are professional and friendly, I have never seen an unhappy staff there. If the umbrellas and chairs on the beach were free for hotel customers, this hotel would be even more perfect. But I enjoy lying on the sand with a towel, so that wasn't a problem for me.
