Clean and location was good The food was not good and redundant! I asked for a refund of the “all inclusive and was refused”. If they didn’t feed the entire police force and the employees with what we pay for the food then they might be able to provide better quality food!

Very helpful and friendly staff, they did everything to make our stay delightful be it at the reception by the bar, by the pool in the restaurant or throughout the hotel they were always there for usl. Especially the spa wellness, Hamam, massage it was a really nice experience top marks to boss Salih, information Wehmet, and the excellent masseur Ibo great team very professional and friendly with friendly chats before and after the treatments and willing to make special deals with us. We will be back for sure. We requested two rooms connected 1 for my wife and one for our 18 year old and they opened the doors between so it worked really well for us. The bread and pancakes were really nice. Both bathrooms had bad drainage smells the cleaners sprayed a couple of times during our stay but it persisted. They could do with a plumber visit to clean through the whole system. The food was the same and same again and not the best of quality either. The coffee machine didn't always work properly and no matter whether you chose cappuccino, latte, coffee with milk it all had a similar taste of hot chocolate.The cakes and desserts were likewise very synthetic and swimming in synthetic creams and syrups. No real cheese all artificial. except the portion cheese.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. It's only 5 minutes on foot to the the beach. The place is surrounded by tons of restaurants and shops. Also if you go towards the mountain you can find living area and see more local culture. WiFi works fine only on the ground floor. In our room it was very slow and unstable. Food is not so bad but from a 4 starts hotel I expect much more. Vegetables were always kind of "tired", juice is very bad - just water with sugar and flavor. No grain coffee, only instant one. The hotel feels very old. Doors, windows, furniture in the room everything looked so used. Right under the windows there is a restaurant which closes at 1 a.m. Since the rooms don't have nice sound isolation you will hear all the noises from outside (music, people speaking etc).

Location was excellent and staff very friendly Debris in swimming pool along drain.....including old/used plasters.....pool needs the tiles cleaning and regrouting very dirty around swim up bar

Hotel is in a perfect location. Ladies at reception are welcoming and quickly resolv any question. Checkin was fast. A nice cat ( model tubby) called Kleopatra greets and guards you at times :). I had al inclusive and it was a good choice. Diningroom at top floor and always fresh sallads and fruits. Although I would not mind se more variations on fish and meatdishes. Poolarea nice with some broken sunbeds but clean pool and a cozy poolbar. Standard selektion of local spirits mixed w soft drinks. No longdrinks or cocktails are served. Likewise in Puzzle bar same kind of drinks. Animationprogram 3 days a week, not weekends. I will surley come here again. The beds have been in better shape and pillows were like cottonballs clumped together. Unless u leave a tip , bins are only emptied but after tipping I got my own version of swanlake made of sheets on my bed. The sunbeds could have been serviced more often. One thing that put me off was that at 9 or 10 in morning while pooldeck was full, cleaningpersonel told us off to clean the whole deck, instead of doing it earlier the same morning as other hotels do.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was great. The hotel is located very close to the beach. The only big problem was the smell in the bathroom.

Good location near to Kleopatra beach and cable car going to the old fortress castle. The room and furniture are worn out and seem have not been renovated for decades. The rooms are not sound proof at all and beds and cushions are not comfortable, therefore if you want to have a good sleep think twice before booking. The verity of food are quite poor, however, still possible to find something tasty. We had “all inclusive”, however it turned out that hotel’s bar at the beach is not included, sun beds and beach towels are extra charged.
