Nothing The hotel is very-very bad

Hidden rules. Breakfast and dinner included, but actually not. You should pay for water at the diner. Guests are not allowed to visit hotel. But our friends hotel we were Visited without any problems. Hotel don't follow their own rules, especially clearness. But will try every time find any situation where you can break their rules. Cleaning and changing towels just don't work. Really rude some stuff. Food and drink outside not allowed. ---- Is was the most disappointed experience in all Turkey. It's not 4 star hotel, I know a lot with 3 start better. Recommend avoid staying here if you can. There are several hotels nearby Beach. So check availability in that hotels first.

Cleaning was not so good, often they forgot replacing towels when removing the dirty once.

The WiFi connection on the 6 floor needs improvement. Also, it would be great to label the food. Otherwise, the food looks amazing ? The location, the food and the facilities are great. Welcoming staff

Good location. Tasty food. Helpful personnel. Amazing hamam and massage for good price. The hotel has its own garden which gives very good shade in the hours with high sun. Live music and Turkish dance programme 2 times a week. Very clean and cozy lobby area and modern toilet. No shower gel, just bottles with shampoo and conditioner which you need to run and ask for, because the cleaning lady doesn’t check if they got finished. One elevator which is rather small, need to wait rather long most of the time. Not so many sunbeds near the pool. Not much choice of kids food for breakfast. We stayed for 2 weeks and there was never any porridge or pancakes or fruit yoghurt. They charge you 10 euro for the electronic key to safety box, but the one we had in our room was a constant problem. Had to ask reception for help every other day. Warm food (and bread!!!) for breakfast and dinner is behind glass and there’s a special person who gives you what you want. This is very good from covid-perspective, but creates unnecessary queues.

Hotel is on the beach and that is perfect, pool and garden is awsome. View from the balcony as well. Food is very good and there are lot of different meals. There are lot of markets and restaurants nearby, and hotel is close to the city. The sea is beautiful and warm but it has a part with stones when you enter and the shallows disappear very quickly so you have to swim right away. Deck chairs are very cheap, we paid 220tl for 7 days. The only thing which I can complain on is roomkeeper on 2nd floor, she was very rude and she tried to charge me money for the towel which was dirty. I didn't wanted to talk with her at all, because that isn't her job, all my communication should be with hotel reception. At the end, recepcionist didn't charged me that, she obivusly wanted to take money for herself. Also, she was cleaning the room very late, about 2-3pm. In other hotels room is cleaned during the breakfast usually.
