Kleopatra Miray Hotel

I enjoyed the half board that the hotel offered. Breakfast and evening meal were of a good standard and had a nice homemade style and the breakfast juices and hot drink dispenser were excellent. The hotel is located very centrally on the Kleopatra side of the Castle peninsula. Juice and coffee were not available/included with the evening meal.

Nice and central and close to the beach and restaurants. It would have been nice to have a small fridge included in the price, rather than having to pay extra for a fridge.

The location was good and close to the beach There wasn’t internet access in the rooms, only in the lobby and even there it was very weak, the pool closes at 18 which is too soon and it could easily be used until 21 or even all through night when we went there in August, non of the staff spoke English and it was basically impossible to communicate or ask information from anyone working in the hotel. There was no conditioner or toothpaste in the bathroom.

All was good. The desk officer Mustafa was very helpful.

Really convenient location, beach is just 3 minutes walk away. Nice hotel.

The location was not too bad - I booked a room that was sea view as per the booking, and the pictures, however, the hotel provided me with a room that was not sea view, I asked them why? They told me that the pictures published by booking are only for advertising!! - There was no response when I was calling the reception for several times. - There was no internet/ wifi in the room, when I checked they told me this is the hotel role. - There was no refrigerator in the room, so I had to rent it and pay extra money. - The reception staff was rude! When I asked for internet he told me that I can’t understand English.

It was terrible, not worth even a penny. We had giant cockroach in our bathroom from dining area on the same floor or smelly toilets in corridor to our room. Smell of pee were coming from toilets outside, as i said next to eating area. The mold in the bathroom, the cleanliness overall was very low standard, it seemed like it was just cleaned with water. The bidet part of toilet was yellow and it squirted in every direction. Just disgusting. We were on the fifth floor where the dining and breakfast is served and we had a flying giant cockroach in our bathroom. I was with auntie 63 year old in the room, as my family were in other hotel and i didnt want to scare her or them, or ruing the vacation, so i didnt tell her about the cockrache or cockroaches. The cockroach was even flying, which was the last straw, thanks god it was the last day of our trip. I knew about cockroach from 1th and 3rd we haf checkout. Other wise i wouldnt be able to stay longer. So i informed the reception and the manager of the hotel and they said they will send housekeeper there, which is ridiculous, it needs exterminator! They proceeded to let us stay till our flight in the same room as an apology, again ridiculous. So we were out most of the time till transfer came for us. I am traveling a lot but never had an experience like this. It was hard to sleep those two nights and eat anything from there. No compensation, just sorry. No responsibility, just another constumer. Never ever i am coming back and i highly don't recommend this place. Stay safe!

All are excellent ? WI FI only in reception. ( my advice, if u stay longer, buy tourist SIM card- Turkcell , 20GB, valid for 1 month. I paid 1250tl , it’s £31.

Good clean hotel, good service, good food, great location close to the beach, the center, clean swimming pool. You have to pay extra money for the safety box and to have fridge in the room. The internet is only in the lobby and pool. Lady at the reception didnt understand any English, communication with her was very difficult. Any drink with breakfast and dinner extra charge.

I enjoyed the location being close to the town and a short walk to Kleopatra Beach. The Half Board accommodation was ideal and it is not that common for budget to mid range hotels in Turkey as a whole. The buffet (breakfast and evening) meals were of a good standard, varied and plentiful. The hotel has a good swimming pool and onsite Spa and overall good value for money. Happy with my stay but wifi in my room would have been a bonus.

Location is great close to many things Hotel itself is small, cosy/clean and quiet When we were there were not much people and that was perfect! The stuff is friendly and helpful Dinner was great not much choice but what was there was tasteful Really enjoyed it! The atmosphere in a restaurant buffet was very pleasant as we never were hassled by waiters to consume drinks Overall we were pleased we've chosen Miray Hotel Kleopatra as had a lovely relaxing time there :) Would be better if stuff spoke better English And breakfast was a bit average exactly the same during 6 days

Everything was great! Polite people, very good service, delicious food and clean room. The beach is just 5 minutes away. We are very satisfied.

Very close to the sea. Nice and comfortable room. Half board included and dinners were each day different, very tasty with large choice of salads. It was a bit of mold in the bathroom and there was a constant smell of urine. The staff was not talking English perfectly, but possible to communicate. There were some ants entering the room. It was a bit loud, due to high car traffic at day and music from restaurant at night.
