The restaurant and the room

The first day the Wi-Fi didn’t work, although we paid for it. The food was monotonous, on the last day of our vacation we were poisoned by food.

Hotel is very close to beach and in the heart of Alanya. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of cafes and restaraunts, bars and shops. Also in 35 minutes on foot you can find an amazing port with a lot of lights and fountain. I also liked a SPA in the Hotel, the food and staff. My number had a stunning view to the city and mountains. And also there are many beautiful and mice cats on the hotel territory. You also can drink any tasty and sweet alcohol cocktails or coffee and hot chocolate. In the middle of my vacation when I returned from the beach my room card stopped working. I didn't know what happened and wasn't awared about it in advance. But when I came to the reception they said that my block is closed due to the end of the season and I was moved to the another block and new room. My new room was even much better that the previous one. So, everything was ok. But I was confused from the first time.

Very unfriendly stuff not too clean, totally outdated hotel. It had only one buffet restaurant which made so hard to get the food without long waiting.

We have been to this hotel for the 4th time, each time the quality gets worse and worse, the last time we arrived we were shocked, the food was not fresh, the room was scary to leave because things are constantly being rummaged through, perfumes are used, money disappears, the service person is an administrator who works on work days at all. It's terrible, 1 night before departure, the administrator called us and told us to leave the room because he rented it by mistake and we have to move out of the hotel within an hour because there are no rooms available either, the worst hotel I've ever visited, I don't recommend it to anyone. Shower. Thats literally all I liked unfortunately and even the shower lacked towels and I had to call 3 times to get towels and even had to go reception to request towels. Breakfast wasn’t fresh, except for scrambled eggs. For juice we had to pay an additional 2 euro. Room wasn’t four star quality. Beds gave us literally back-pain Value for price Cockroaches at our rooms No towels Hallways were completely dark, we easily got lost People smoked while we were having breakfast which made our breakfast even more unpleasant. No free wifi in the rooms It supposed to be a four star hotel but I genuinely don’t know which star they deserve, maybe the location.
