Anjeliq Downtown Boutique Hotel

My sincere thanks to the hotel management, the manager, and all the staff for their warm welcome, outstanding hospitality, and professional service. The hotel is wonderful, the atmosphere is great, and the service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Stunning view – I stayed on the 4th floor, and the view from the balcony was absolutely incredible—whether it was morning, evening, or during the day, it was always a joy to look out. Balcony swing – A lovely touch! It made relaxing outside even more enjoyable. Comfortable room temperature – The air conditioner worked well, cooling the room efficiently without blowing directly on us. It was comfortable to leave it on all day, which made the stay even more pleasant. Friendly and attentive staff – The staff were truly wonderful—very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the boy with curly hair and the girl with red hair—they, along with the rest of the team, really did their best to ensure we had a good stay. They deserve a raise for their efforts! Lack of basic amenities – There was a boiler in the room, but no coffee or tea provided during our stay. Also, only one 800ml bottle of water was provided for three people every three days, which was not enough. Repetitive breakfast – The kitchen served nearly the same types of food every morning. It would be nice to see more variety. Coffee/tea service – You have to ask staff for every single cup of coffee or tea during breakfast, which can be a bit uncomfortable, although the staff were always polite about it. Maintenance issues – On the fourth day, we experienced water dripping from upstairs into both the bathroom and bedroom, which was quite inconvenient. Cleanliness – The floor in our room wasn’t properly mopped during our stay. Despite these issues, the good outweighed the bad for me, mostly thanks to the location, view, and the staff. With a few improvements, this place could be even better.

My stay at the wonderful Angelique was nothing short of Heavenly.. The amazing Sinai.. Hotel Manager was polite kind and a consumate progesional. Her kindness and attentiveness made me feel like a prince amongst men and her glow was like the rising sun greeting me each morning with a beautiful smile whatever the weather. Thank you Sinai, Daniel and all the amazing staff at Angeliq??? for making my holiday one to remember. Seldomly do you find a place abroad that feels like home ?. And I will be back as soon as I can. High ly recommended as one, if not THE best place to stay in Alanya. Sipping Champagne ????in the Jacquzzi on the balcony with my free room upgrade, looking out at the sunset across the Mediterranean Ocean ?had to be one of the greatest privileges Junaid.. The architect and artist behind this stunning creation had given to these weary travellers.. 10/10 for style comfort and service. I'll be booking one month in the summer ??️. See you all soon. ???

Location is perfect, very close to the sea. Interesting design Bathroom could be better, in comparison to room, bathroom looks like it’s completely different hotel. Breakfast, there is no choice

Perfect location. Don't bother with their own beach which is kinda far from the hotel, just go to the nearest one - two sunbeds and umbrella go for just 6 dollars a day. Great cafe downstairs which you can order from (pizza with roasted beef is beyond reproach). The furniture in the rooms could be updated, everything is very basic. There are ventilation problems in the bathroom. The entire time we were there (almost 2 weeks) the elevator was out of service almost daily - some repair work was being done.

Excellent value for money, decent breakfast and super kind staff. Clean rooms and great location. I highly recommend Anjeliq Downtown Boutique Hotel! Only minor complaint was that the walk to their reserved part of the beach is at a 5-10 minute walking distance.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that one of our rooms had a wonderful full sea view and a jacuzzi on the balcony. The hotel itself is perfectly located just a short walk from the sandy part of the beach and close to various supermarkets and eateries. The Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful, ready to answer all our questions and providing an iron when needed. The hotel restaurant was nice, and I especially appreciated the freshly baked ciabatta bread served every morning at breakfast. The rooms are equipped with a kitchen that includes a fridge, kettle, and small electric burner. However, if you plan to cook during your stay, be aware that the hotel does not provide dishware, cutlery, or pans. The corridors and the stairway from the 1st floor to the lobby are quite dimly lit, so we had to use our phone flashlights to see our way. Additionally, the hotel’s own beach section is located a bit far, so we chose to enjoy the nearby beach instead.

The location is nice, it’s close to the public beach and all the cafes,shops even pharmacy. Managers are very friendly even though their English not excellent they are doing their best. Sea view room is an amazing option. The breakfast is good regarding to the food options. The bathroom really needed a retouch, there is a mold on the ceiling. The beach provided by the hotel with free umbrellas and sun beds are quite far away (20 minutes walk) and it’s not always possible to walk there under the heating sun. The main light is working only with the fan, that makes nice breeze but also a bit annoying that you can’t turn it off but keep the light. The neon light was half broken. There is no coffee machine on the breakfast.

Complaint Regarding Hotel Stay Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at [Hotel Name], which I booked through your platform. Upon arrival, I was highly disappointed with the condition of the hotel. While the exterior and lobby appeared inviting, the experience inside was far from satisfactory. The rooms were heavily smoke-infused, making it extremely uncomfortable for a non-smoker like myself to stay, let alone sleep. Additionally, many facilities in the room were either broken or in poor condition. The toilet seat was unusable, the shower did not hold properly, and the air conditioner only emitted warm air, which made the room very uncomfortable. Moreover, the room description on your site mentioned a view of the sea, but in reality, the view was of a waste disposal area. This was misleading and not what I expected based on the information provided. Furthermore, I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 AM due to my early flight, but I was not allowed to check in unless I paid an additional fee of €25. I was not informed of this extra charge at the time of booking, either by the hotel or through your platform. Given these issues, I believe this stay did not meet the standards I expected, nor did it align with the description provided on your website. I request a refund or at least partial compensation for this unsatisfactory experience. The staff was amazing, really frinedly and helpful. The restaurant had really good food. Used it 4 times. Close to all places and a store just next door to buy needs from. We enjoyed! Thanks to the staff! Privat beach mentioned for the hotel is far away 1.5km from the hotel. No spa as it stands in the text.

The Anjelica was perfect for us. The rooms were clean, modern and a good size. The breakfast was really good with a big selection that changed from day to day. There is also a beach club where you get free lounge chairs. Highly recommended .

Breakfast was okay. Location of the hotel is excellent. The man at reception was very helpful. There is no fan in the room, only a decorative fan like apparatus provided. First day the AC was not working in one of the rooms. Somehow they arranged a table fan. Packed breakfasts given during our early morning departures for various tours were not very good The beach 29 of Anjeliq is about 1.5 km away. Most of the residents would visit the nearest beach and had to pay for the facilities
