A special thank you to Feyyaz, the manager, who was incredibly attentive and always ready to help with any request — from meeting room arrangements to small daily needs. His professionalism and warm attitude made our stay even better. Totally recommend this place — we’d love to come back!

All inclusive Mold, Health hazard,be aware!!

The location in a perfect area walkable to many restaurants in local shopping areas the beach was beautiful and the pools are very nice as well Upon checking in to our original room, the room wasn’t properly clean prior to us getting there. There was shaving hair all over the sink when I called and asked for a refund for my stay they upgraded our room to a suite which is nice, but I did wanna check out instead, however the suite that we checked into wasn’t also properly cleaned. I don’t think housekeeping goes above and beyond to make sure everything is spotless, especially for the price that this hotel is it’s not so much on the lower end so I had more expectations.

Limited amount of towels and food was kinda the same theme, nothing new every day.

They exceeded their capacity and were unable to provide a room for our grandmother, for whom we had made a reservation several months in advance. They suggested she stay on the couch in our room and declined to issue a refund for her accommodation. Additionally, the housekeeping staff consistently waited for us to return to our room before knocking, despite knowing it was inconvenient. There were numerous other instances that I could elaborate on, but the bottom line is that it was a truly dreadful experience.

My experience at this resort was very disappointing. The room was not practical. The small table on my left side had a small, uncomfortable chair that wasn’t suitable for placing anything. In the bathroom, the holder for the small towels was damaged and constantly broken. Additionally, the power outlet on the left side of the bed, where I tried to charge my phone, didn’t work — there was no electrical contact. The overall service was poor for such a large hotel. This was my first experience in a resort of this kind, and it was completely negative. In comparison, smaller hotels like Cook’s Club in Alanya offer much better service. Another major issue was the seaside — the water was dirty and full of small pieces of plastic. It felt like a polluted place, not somewhere to enjoy a relaxing holiday. I paid 545.75 euros for this stay 5 nights , and honestly, it was not worth it. I would not recommend this place. It was dirty, expensive, and far below expectations. It was not clean and all bed sheets stain and not comfortable and the rooms even when cleaned they didn’t uses cleaning products smelled disgusting The staff were rude , even when returning the towels they wouldn’t accept if not an emergency. They hired cheap young high school and university kids who were vulgar and not trained it felt like they were flexing there muscles and taking vengeance from people who are on holiday. They kept pushing down our throat to take all in clumsiness so they take commission

I didn’t like the studio room at all. Bathrooms don’t have ventilation or a window and it feels like a bathroom inside a jail. The colors in the bathroom are very depressing and it had a bad smell all the time the carpet in the living room I believe wasn’t that clean plus one of the lights in the living room wasn’t working and one light in the bathroom was not working as well. More over the lighting in the bedroom was very bad.

The location was just great. We really enjoyed the breakfast

Our room looked pretty different from the pictures on booking and was a bit run down. Clean nevertheless, but not quite what we expected. The hotel manager was very proactive and was checking on guests, asking if we had any complaints, for us this wasn’t worth the hassle of going to reception to request a change of room, as we were primarily spending time outside.

The location is perfect with everything in walking distance and the main facilities in between the pool and beach. We did all inclusive and found it really good value for money. You get drinks at the pool and beach bars and the food buffet was varied every meal! Wasn't busy over Easter but they still put some events like live music on. The service was exceptional and the staff all made us feel really safe and attended to (shout out to Mert, Erman and Ali!) The room was cleaned every day, a good size and had towels/toiletries. Would stay again for sure!

I loved the vibe of the hotel and the set up was perfect. At first I was hesitant to book cooks club because of lack of visible photos of the layout and rooms here on booking and kind of every where alse I looked. But once we were there we straight away knew that this was the perfect hotel for friends to go and enjoy each other's company and other guests. All inclusive was for not completely everything but for more than enough and all of the best things on each menu by my choice. The wifi could have bein better and you have to buy towel cards but it's made up with really good all inclusive menu.

The hotel has a very good location at the end of the main boulevard, right by the beach. The room was very spacious and well equipped, containing everything I needed. The Wi-Fi worked very well. The food was of a high standard, especially the breakfasts, which were excellent. I also appreciated the very helpful staff. What I enjoyed the most was the pool area with its open bar and direct access to the beach. The only issue I encountered was finding the reception upon arrival - it is not clearly marked and was difficult to locate at first. The hotel consists of five separate buildings, which made orientation a bit challenging. The reception is unfortunately located across the street and somewhat "hidden" behind a restaurant. I also found the pillows a bit too firm for my preference, though that’s a personal matter.
