Location, value for money, close to city center, staff very friendly,private beach directly on the sea The manager is interested in reducing costs at the expense of service and cleaning. The rooms need renovation. The breakfast is very weak and repetitive.

We really enjoyed the beach — the sand and water were lovely. However, one note regarding the beach service: the staff should maintain a more professional boundary with the guests. Our waiter, while perhaps well-meaning, was overly familiar and couldn’t quite “read the room.” For example, he would sit down on our sunbed without asking and even tried to join in on our card game. While friendliness is appreciated, this felt intrusive and out of line. The hotel’s terrace was another highlight. It’s a beautiful spot to have breakfast, lunch, or relax in the evening while enjoying stunning views of the sea. Even though the beach was advertised as private, there were many external visitors occupying the hotel’s beach space, lying on their towels. For mid-October, it felt surprisingly crowded. I expected the beach to be more exclusive for hotel guests, given that it is marketed as private. The shower in our room had a drainage issue — the water wouldn’t go down properly, which was both inconvenient and unpleasant. Additionally, the bad drainage caused an odor in the bathroom, which made it difficult to leave the AC off or open the balcony door due to the smell. Another major issue was the loud music from a neighboring property, which continued until 1 a.m. As a couple who prefers to sleep by 11 p.m., this was highly disruptive. It would be helpful if the hotel could arrange with the neighboring property to lower the volume. Out of curiosity, we checked out the source of the noise and found only two occupied tables out of about 50, so it wasn’t even a real party — just unnecessarily loud music. Our side sea-view room was beautiful, but switching to a quieter side of the hotel would have meant facing an unattractive building. This was disappointing, as there didn’t seem to be an ideal solution for both a pleasant view and a peaceful stay. We also requested one bed, which was accommodated, but the hotel provided us with two small and very thin blankets. As a result, both of us felt cold during the night with the AC on. Unfortunately, switching the AC off wasn’t an option due to the bathroom smell, and opening the balcony door made the already loud music even worse.

Great location, beachfront and free access to sunchairs. Good breakfast Not so friendly staff, he denied us a room with a balcony despite us booking a room with a balcony. Got a room on the lower floor and bathroom was dirty with insects crawling on the floor.

The hotel is top! You are only a few steps away from the hotel's own beach. The hotel staff are very friendly and courteous and were always very competent when we had questions. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. The room was great and clean! I can only recommend the hotel! In the evening it was extremely loud due to the neighboring hotels and the busy shopping street, but this is normal in such a place. The staff on the beach and at the cafe could be a bit friendlier. We were mostly ignored and had to wait a very long time to place an order.

The hotel is close to the beach and at the Center of Alania at the same time. It’s calm and comfortable

The unit was not properly clean when I have checked in. Room was out of soap of shampoo even. The toilet ceramic with stains, no even a bottle of water. No good quality coffee and juice for the breakfast, I need to pay additionally.

The receptionists are two girls with a great deal of respect and politeness. I wish them all the best. -The beach is beautiful - The location is beautiful and close The restaurant breakfast is very bad The air conditioning remote is not working well The safe inside the room must be charged daily Swimming towels have a daily fee There are not enough chairs and umbrellas for the beach There is no elevator for the rooms, you have to climb the stairs

The view and location were amazing! Staff was friendly and the food was good. The bedding and mattress were really old and the bed was tilted which made the sleeping experience crappy. They also charged for beach towel rental which I thought was odd

Location is perfect ,beach is nice Room was dark .. small but for this price is maybe ok. Not sure why they color walls in dark green .
