Numa Port Hotel

What a great location and wonderful views of the marina area. Breakfast was the best I have had in Turkey and breakfast staff was attentive & professional. Cleaning staff and porter also super attentive and wanting to be helpful. Was definitely you going to give this hotel a 10 until at checkout I was told that I owed 5 euros for my 15 minute time in the sauna. I had no idea that there was a charge for the sauna. The check out gal pointed out the print on the brochure they give you that says that the sauna is ‘subject to an additional charge’. I wasn’t told that at check in just that I needed to reserve to use, which I did. Have stayed at hotels all over with saunas and never had an additional charge and had I been told it was 5 euros for my 15 minutes I definitely would have passed. Paid the euros but definitely ended what had been an otherwise lovely stay on a sour note and definitely will effect my promotion of the hotel to others.

The hotel newly renovated and merged with the building next to it .. it’s my second time in this hotel and I will never choose another place to stay in Alanya . Everything was perfect Unfortunately there is no indoor pool but they have heated outdoor pool .

My room was on the first floor, where I had to keep curtains drawn, as you look right into the room from the street level above. Lazy housekeeping staff. Bed never made properly. Used towels usually just where I left them. Minibar not replenished. Coffee not replenished. Dirty ashtray on balcony not cleaned or replaced.

I want to specially price Sema (very nice lady)and Ozgur from the breakfast who were very helpful and attentive always with a smile and they helped with everything we needed, Aifer the cleaning laday was amazing, her cleaning was perfect and she was very kind Breakfast is excellent with ginger shots and everything taste well. You cannot stay at the gym long bacause there is horrible music being played and cannot be stopped.There is tv but you cannot turn audio on...is this a torture room or what?

* Wonderful breakfast, it has a great selection. * Everything is clean and well kept. * Beautiful rooftop swimming pool with a stunning view, just perfect. * Cozy and relaxing bar. * Check-in is at 14:00, we came at 15:35, the stuff said to wait 15 more minutes until the room is fully cleaned, how is it even acceptable? No apology or anything else was said. * Our "Junior Suite with Sea View" had missing toothbrushes, toothpaste. The shampoo bottle was empty. * During check-out, the stuff stated that we need to pay 4,000 TL for the minibar. The amount doesn't matter here, it's the fact that they didn't even check what we used from the minibar.

Location is the best. The staff is really nice and cooperative. We had our own car and the valet staff take care of the care really well.

The hotel overall has a beautiful design and stylish atmosphere. The view from the pool area is truly stunning. The bed was very comfortable – though it only came with one duvet – and it was a nice touch that housekeeping often arranged the towels into cute shapes after cleaning. There are two elevators, which is convenient, and the on-site Noa Bar & Restaurant hosted various events during our stay. A special shoutout to the restaurant staff – they were kind and helpful, although it seems they work for Noa Bar & Restaurant rather than the hotel itself. Breakfast offerings changed slightly from day to day, which was a nice effort to add variety. There was also a porter who helped us with our luggage upon arrival without being asked – a thoughtful gesture that gave a good first impression. However, it felt slightly awkward as it was clear that tipping was expected. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our experience. The hotel appears to have opened in a rush – many areas were still unfinished, with plastic film left on door frames and poorly applied grout between tiles. Although we had booked a higher-floor room, we were told at check-in that we’d been assigned a land view – which wasn’t true. After pointing this out, we were switched to a sea view room before heading upstairs, but the view was mostly blocked by trees and didn’t meet expectations. The room wasn’t clean – the shower leaked, the toilet had no hygiene seal, and several basic amenities like cups and glasses were missing. In the second room we got the next day, those items were there, but housekeeping remained inconsistent. During our 10-day stay, the soap dispensers were never refilled. The toiletries had already been used, the shower gel ran out halfway through, and the hand soap was later watered down rather than replaced. The air conditioning, placed directly above the bed, leaked during use. I had to move the bed and place a towel underneath to prevent the floor from getting wet. Breakfast was disappointing. Hot dishes like scrambled eggs weren’t actually kept warm, and meat options were very limited. While pork isn’t served, some kind of alternative like turkey bacon or chicken sausage would’ve been nice. We had also asked in advance about sunbeds, since the pool area only fits around 14, and were told it wouldn’t be a problem. But every day was a struggle to find space, and the situation quickly became uncomfortable. On top of that, there were two children constantly jumping and screaming in the pool. One of them even jumped onto my back on purpose while I was swimming, trying to "ride" me – it was painful and completely inappropriate. The hotel states there’s a 12-year age limit for the pool, but according to staff, this only means children under 12 must be accompanied – not that they’re restricted from using the pool area.

The staff were very nice and the location was excellent. Also, the breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. The area is a little noisy, since it is located close everything. Parking is a bit of a problem if you have a rental car, but the hotel does provide valet parking, which is definitely a plus.

Beautiful rooms with a modern design and a breathtaking view of the Seaport. Nice and comfortable beds, multiple lighting tracks, great toiletries, laminate floors, AC unit is very quiet yet very efficient. Breakfast buffet offers plenty of breads,cheese, fresh and dry fruits. The waiters are very attentive and courteous. The breakfast room is spacious,and offers a stunning view of the seaport.Coffee espresso is one of the best in Alanya.

Stunning views from our seaview balcony room on floor 3. Clean modern hotel. Good buffet breakfast included, with good quality ingredients, plenty of choice, excellent coffee and juices, even ginger shots, attentive staff to bring your drinks. Staff very welcoming and super helpful .

The staff were helpful they helped me check in online for flight as I was unable to myself.The cleaners were exceptional leaving personal touches.The views were stunning.The variety of breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were very attentive. I will definitely be back to stay
