Cleopatra Golden Beach Hotel

The beach is just a 2-minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options.

Just location The air conditioning wasn't working. I called reservations, but they weren't helpful. The room smelled incredibly damp. It was impossible to sleep in the room. The beds were uncomfortable and smelled.

Good service, cozy territory, close to the beach, most of the personal were friendly, tasty food, good view The bartender sometimes conflicts with guests. Food is good, but pretty the same day to day. They give very limited alcohol to one hands The Chief wasn't friendly at all, but cooks fine

Id like to say it was a ok hotel the staff were brilliant especially the cleaners Rooms clean daily There is nothing i can say about this hotel I liked Definitely not a 4☆ or all-inclusive, The let down was the food we went for all inclusive ( which i would say it was full board ) as you only had breakfast lunch and dinner the bar was 10am to 10pm of which only had limited drinks The food wasn't good at all the same thing every day what was left over from lunch was used in something for dinner soup every lunch then the same soup with pasta in for dinner as with the lunch same at night but made into a egg dish or something We couldn't eat the food it was so awful And a lot of the guest was saying the same thing We ate in the restaurant under the hotel which was fabulous clean and good fresh food I wouldn't use this hotel again And would say it's more 2☆

The breakfast was nice. Pool was also nice. It’s a good location and the rooms were okay in terms of cleanliness. When we went to our room the stench coming from the bathroom was horrible. The entire bedroom was very smelly however the other room we had didn’t have any smell.

He constantly embarrassed me which marred my stay and was not appreciated . Wi-Fi was not consistent and somewhat weak

Everything exceeded my expectations and was just perfect, from location, meals, comfort to staff kindness. The famous Kleopatra beach is just across the street, it is amazing! We will definetely come back!

A booked another room but at the end I got beds for two persons. Actually it was supposed to get the room with 3 beds. Two absolutely different rooms- on pictures and what we stayed. We were 6 . My wife and 4 children. It was uncomfortable

This was a big surprise: Our originally booked hotel was overbooked and sent us away. At 10 pm! As we stumbled through the nightly streets of Alanya, looking for an alternative, somebody from this place approached us. We didn't expect anything, but were happy to have found a place. What a surprise we were in for: The room was huge, super clean, had a huge balcony with sea view (!) and was really well equipped. And the staff were all super nice and helpful. So if you are looking for excellent value for money in Alanya... don't look any further. I highly recommend this place.

Great stay at a nice hotel, great location close to beach.

The room was fine although could have been bigger. I slept very well. Staff were great as always in Turkiye. Price was great although I would have given a much lower score if I had paid much more. Beware if paying more in high season. The AI concept is lame compared to competitors. I would love the head chef and management to spend a night at the nearby similarly priced one I also stayed at to see how it should be done. Food wasn't all that local and rapidly became boring although what I ate was tasty. I never saw any kofte, pide, lamacun, adana for example. It was basically stews and salads. Sometimes even olives didn't appear. Each evening they would have grilled meat which was good, the rest was tasty but uninspiring The worst thing was being forced to drink in what felt like an 80's leisure centre whilst they had a perfectly nice comfortable bar in the other building, which just had a coffee and squash machine. To add to the problem, already to buy wholesale cheap spirits were measured at what I estimate to be a half measure 12.5ml. This is not what other hotels do, they free-pour. It's also cruel to the staff because it eliminates the only leverage they have to tout for a tip. Please don't degrade your customers this way and treat them like children, they are on holiday. There was no DJ or entertainment. No soul, no character. I came up with a suitable nickname for this hotel of The Cleopatra Gopnik Beach Hotel. Sorry guys, I don't want you to feel bad I just want you to know I think you can make some serious improvements to make this better. I know Russians don't complain but you cannot rely on them alone to make your business thrive. You really need to rethink what you are doing. Also why a 10pm cut off for drinks? Nearby competition is midnight. Its not just booze, their coffee, juice and soft drinks all taste worse than others.

Close to beach . Really nice staff. Small rooms , No sea view. I booked room with partial sea view but for them all rooms have sea view ?where in reality you have view on another building you won’t see the sea at all ?horrible , I was really disappointed , every day almost the same food , swimming pool really small ?I’m not sure even that we can call that swimming pool ? just one bar open in hotel but small choice of drinks just vodka, beer , whiskey and gin . With soft drink it was just coke. Horrible . No cocktails.

The hotel was nice and clean. In addition to the great people working there, what I liked the most during my stay, was the location of the hotel, it is not only close to the bus station but also to the beach and the city centre, in other words a great hotel to stay in to spend the holiday.
